Leuk Appartement, in de wijk Temple Bar, dichtbij diverse Winkelstraten, Pubs en Restaurants. Appartement was netjes onderhouden en voorzien van een mooie badkamer.

Perfect location, great apartment! Close to everything your little heart desires. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone! There was an issue with the power company (small underground electrical issue) that caused a power outage. The staff was super communicative and gave us lots of options. They ultimately booked us into another apartment for one night of our stay and then we were able to return to the Wellington Quay once the power was restored. City Break was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process.

The location of the appartment was great! Right on the river and very close to restaurants, cafes and groceries. This also means that it was not very quiet due to many people staying out late and cars/buses passsing by. This did not bother me as I was exuasted after my day trips so I could easily fall asleep but you need to keep this in mind. The space was rather tight for our family of four but based on Europe's standards I'd say it was above average. The kitchen had everything but weirdly there was no coffee machine! I had to bring my own french press all the way from Canada to make my cup of coffee every morning. There was actually a french press in the kitchen but when I contacted the office they did not reply quick enough and I was already on the way to Ireland. The other issue was the bathroom. There was no outlets in there and the cabinets were pertruded.

Loved the location in Temple Bar. So much to do quite close to the property. Check-in was good through their service - distance between check-in and property required second taxi ride. We were there during extra warm weather; a fan would have been greatly appreciated. We would stay there again, but would limit ourselves to top floor apartments as noise from above tenants (who seemed to be practicing Irish dance) was distractingly loud.

The location is amazing - right around the corner from Temple Bar and completely walkable for every sight we wanted to visit. However, it was extremely small for a family of 4 and the unit we stayed in needed some work - sloping floor, low water pressure, and a weird banging noise in the bathroom. If it was just 2 of us, the place would totally work.

Staff at the check in location were amazing. We arrived 6 hours prior to check in time. They held onto our luggage while we explored the city. They then emailed us the second our room was ready. Upon checkout we forgot our passports in the safe and left the building. Upon noticing our error the staff went back to our room and retrieved them for us. They then brought them to us at the check in location. Fantastic customer service by their front end staff

Loué pour 4 mais trop petit, pas de placard, aucun rangement, 3 chaises pour 4 personnes, pression d'eau faible, bruyant beaucoup de circulation. Photo de présentation montre un grand appartement et pas celui que nous avons loué (tromperie). J'ai demandé 2 lits séparés et le lit était double. Déçu de cette location, c'était la 7ème fois que je me rendais à Dublin pour la St Patrick et c'est la première fois que le logement me déçois. Les points positifs sont la situation géographique et la propreté.

Terrific apartment to explore Dublin from located right on the river in Temple Bar. Lots of good restaurants and pubs nearby plus a full kitchen. There is an elevator in the building and the apartments are very nice with views of the river. Ours was on the 1st floor which was eye level with the second deck of the buses that stop right out front so you may want to request 2nd or 3rd floor if that bothers you. Would have given 5 stars if not for the inconvenience of checking in so far away (they should use electronic keypad locks instead of making you pick up a single key and charging $200 if you lose it) and failure to provide basic amenities like paper towels, napkins, and laundry detergent.

great place, great location, poor communication
The apartment was very nice and very well appointed. The location was awesome! You were well within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. I was never able to get in touch with the property manager before our trip. I tried to message them through VRBO website and app multiple times with no response. Finally had to have someone at VRBO contact them and have them call me. They didn't even call, got all information through the nice customer service lady at VRBO. Had to go to a separate location to get keys and instructions, then to the actual apartment. Fortunately, it was very nice and it all worked out. Just wished the property managers were more responsive.

Close to centre areas of the city was great. However the rooms are not sound proof. Placing another window inside the original window which does not close properly is not class as double glazing. Inconsiderate occupant in rooms above stomping, phones ringing and vibrating all hours of the night. Late night loud conversations you can hear through the walls and bathroom. Tattoo shop next door music could be heard until 9pm every day.

Fantastic apartment. We came on our honeymoon with a group of friend and our driver from the airport had a gift from the office for our wedding. Incredible location, brilliant flat.... absolute 10/10 for me and it made for a perfect trip with our friends.

Il soggiorno é spazioso, le altre camere sono sufficienti. C'era poco bagnoschiuma, se si fa una doccia di troppo é meglio avere il proprio. Idem per strofinacci: uno solo, niente tovaglioli, due soli rotoli di carta igienica. E' difficile tenere pulito l'appartamento senza l'attrezzatura adeguata. La cucina é a induzione, abbiamo avuto problemi con la nostra caffettiera, avremmo apprezzato la presenza di un adattatore o di una caffettiera adatta. Il letto é molto comodo, i termosifoni elettrici hanno i termostati sfasati, ci si mette un po' a capire come usarli al meglio, ma riscaldano molto. La doccia ha una pressione bassa. Trovo anche che il check-in sia troppo presto rispetto agli alberghi. A livello basilare ha tutto quello che serve e l'appartamento é ben tenuto, si trova in una posizione perfetta e tutto é vicino.

Nicely renovated apartment close to bars and restaurants. Small but comfortable, stocked with everything you need. Elevator handy as the apartment was on the 3rd floor.

Location A1, Amenities A1, Staff was friendly, the only complaint I had was we had to constantly ask for toilet paper and towels and house cleaning services. I guess this is because the staff and reception is not on site. We were there 2 weeks and always had to call in for this basic stuff which I expected to be done automatically.

The apartment was clean and modern. It recently had a complete makeover and can easily fit 2 couples. But the best part was the location. 30 seconds from Temple bar/ Auld Dubliner over looking the Liffey river. Check in office is approximately 15 min walk away by that isn’t even really an issue cause you get to stroll over the Ha’penny bridge.

The apartment had a very good location with a view of the Liffey. Restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and clean. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Very modern and above all super clean. The bedroom was situated to the backyard and so we could sleep very well and quietly. In the front area you could hear the noises from the street, but that didn't bother us. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. We felt very comfortable and would come again!

It was an amazing place. Location was perfect. We didn’t even take a cab except to get to our place. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
