Very hot on the 1st floor. Airco did not work in the room. Curtains didn't cover the windows so there were bright green lights shining into the room.

I was told that They have to keep £100 deposit just in case i damage the room. No previous photos taken to prove the condition of the room- i was told that i just have to take their word for it. Parking is free which is good. Limited breakfast.

I stayed for 4 nights and 2 nights in the early hours on more than one occasion the fire alarm kept going off. As a result I couldn’t get back to sleep. When checking out no apologies given.

Confusion with check in as we were given a triple room for a family of 4 (1 double & 1 single). Staff corrected quickly and we were moved to a spacious family room. Bathroom could do with some YLC but room otherwise very nice. Breakfast was good - plenty of options. Only downside was multiple slices of bread to toast were mouldy on both mornings.

For the price we paid, we expected more from this hotel. The food was okay, there wasnt alot of options for grab and go sandwiches, soups etc. Our toilet kept clogging, the tea kettle stopped working, there were screaminf children running around the lobby constantly, the bed was not confortable. I was disappointed there wasnt a fridge in the room to store our take aways. The parking garage was not clean and felt very cold and not inviting. We got sick and needed to purchase medicine but there was no shoppet to purchase anything. Overall i wouldnt recommend for the price.

Only stay if you can absolutely make it
Absolutely draconian cancellation/refund/change policy - 2 weeks! We had a real emergency (mother in hospital) and the only choices were - lose the money or pay double to rebook, this is totally outrageous. On top of this the requested accessible bathroom had a bathtub where a grabrail was attached above head level - what kind of accessibility is that? Couldn't sleep during the night on account of all the noise from hoovering, construction and guests. Apart from these nuisances the staff were friendly although a bit incompetent. Room was nice and clean, hotel overall not too bad, a bit far from public transportation, but ok if you have a car.

5 jours en Irlande et dans cette hôtel pour une compétition de jiu jitsu pour mes enfants. Cette hôtel est top très grande chambre confortable, propre et calme, le personnel est super accueillant et sympathique. Je p’tit dej est copieux et variant, très proche de magasin et de restaurant et pas loin du centre. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel chaleureux

My husband and I were given a room on the 4th floor. We had a balcony and enjoyed the view. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom spacious and clean. A special thanks to the receptionist Iva who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special and memorable. Thank you Iva!

Travel and hotel booking sites state there is an area shuttle available- there is not. Tour and ticket assistance- hotel does not provide any. Bus takes an hour to get to city centre making it too late for any day tours unless you take a taxi. Grocery/convenience store? Snack bar/deli?
