A bright, open-concept space featuring a cozy living room with a TV equipped with satellite channels and a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with all essential appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Bedrooms: The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, both furnished with cozy double beds (160x200) and ample storage, promising a peaceful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.
Bathrooms: For added convenience, the property includes a main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a washing machine, plus an additional separate toilet to ensure a smooth morning routine.
Whether you are looking for a practical base to explore Dubrovnik’s landmarks or simply want to relax with beautiful sunsets from the balcony, this apartment promises a comfortable and authentic stay.

Important Note on Access & Terrain:
The apartment is situated on a hillside in Dubrovnik, which is the secret behind its spectacular vantage point. The building does not have an elevator, but there is only one short flight of stairs from the entrance to the apartment (first floor). If you decide to walk down to the lower part of Gruž and the harbor, the shortcut involves quite a few steps. However, it is precisely this elevated position that rewards you with priceless views. Fortunately, getting around is incredibly easy, as a bus stop is located just 100 meters from the building, providing a quick and direct connection to the historic Old Town and other parts of Dubrovnik without the need for strenuous walking.

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for you, future guests, and our neighbors, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules. 1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is fully available from 15:00 onwards. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 on your departure day. This allows our dedicated cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the apartment to the highest standards for the next arrivals. 2. Smoking Policy: For the health and comfort of all our guests, Apartment Amber Tides is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is entirely prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please do so completely outside the building and ensure all butts are disposed of safely and responsibly. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in an additional deep cleaning fee. 3. Pet Policy: While we are huge animal lovers, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment under any circumstances. This standard policy helps us maintain a thoroughly pristine and allergen-free environment for all our guests. We deeply appreciate your understanding and compliance with this rule. 4. Parties and Gatherings: We want you to enjoy your much-deserved vacation to the fullest, but please note that parties, events, loud celebrations, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The apartment accommodates a strict maximum of 4 registered guests. No unregistered overnight visitors are allowed without prior host approval. 5. Quiet Hours: Dubrovnik is a gorgeous, historic city, and our neighborhood is a serene residential area. Please respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping noise to an absolute minimum, especially during the widely respected quiet hours observed locally between 22:00 and 08:00, as well as the afternoon rest period between 14:00 and 17:00. 6. Energy Conservation: Croatia experiences gloriously hot summers, and we want you to stay perfectly cool. However, as an eco-conscious property, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning, all lighting, and any unnecessary appliances when leaving the apartment for the day. Furthermore, please ensure all windows and doors are firmly closed while the AC is running to actively conserve energy and prevent the climate control units from freezing over or malfunctioning. 7. Cleanliness, Kitchen Usage, and Waste: Please treat our lovingly prepared home exactly as you would your own. You are more than welcome to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals, but we respectfully ask that you avoid cooking excessively pungent foods whose odors might linger for subsequent guests, and always utilize the extractor fan. Kindly dispose of your daily garbage in the designated municipal bins located conveniently near our building. Before your ultimate departure, please ensure all dishes are washed appropriately and leave the property in a fundamentally tidy condition. Please also refrain from flushing anything other than standard toilet paper down the bathroom fixtures to actively prevent complex plumbing blockages. 8. Beach Towels and Sand: The plush towels provided in the apartment bathrooms are strictly for indoor use only; we kindly ask you to bring or purchase your own dedicated beach towels for your trips to the stunning Adriatic coast. Please also be mindful of tracking loose sand into the apartment when returning from your coastal adventures. 9. Security and Damages: Accidents unfortunately happen! If you accidentally break or damage anything inside the apartment, please simply let us know immediately so we can proactively arrange for repairs or replacements before the very next guests arrive. Please ensure the main security door is fully locked and all accessible windows are closed whenever you leave the apartment to explore the city. 10. Starter Supplies: We proudly provide a convenient starter kit of essential supplies, but please note guests are responsible for purchasing their own ongoing supplies once these initial items are depleted. This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. In order to receive your keylock code and detailed access information to your property, you are required to fill out your passport details in the Pre check-in form you received on your email address. Please note that we are obligated to register all guests in the Croatian Registry of Tourists called eVisitor so we need these details.
