The apartment is in perfect walking distance to the main square surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. What an amazing trip.

We had two rooms and one room the AC did not work. The management sent three people to fix it during our stay, but no one could figure it out. We were grateful it wasn't the middle of summer, it was just a bit toasty. The location is fabulous and the owners respond quickly. The front door is a bit hard to open. We also had a very loud drunk person throwing bottles at our windows at 2am the first night, so bring ear plugs. Be prepared for stairs to go in and out - the rooms are on different floors and it is a few flights of steep stairs to get to the hotel, which is a little difficult if you have big luggage. The rooms themselves were nice and furnished with all you need - and the location to restaurants was fabulous. This hotel is inside the walls.

Apartment Raic is a good place for you if you are looking to be close to everything in the old town, eg. Pila gate, Walls of Dubrovnik, Stradun, etc. It's just not the right place if you are traveling with your baby and trying to get some rest. You have to walk up good number of stairs to reach the apartment. We could hear the footsteps of the guest staying above us along with the frequent movement of the chairs. I contacted Ivana who texted them to be mindful but they didn't stop. I had to go up myself around 10:45 pm and talk to them.However, it didn't stop and we could hear the noise till very late at night and could not fall asleep peacefully to be ready early in the morning for our trip scheduled to Montenegro for next day. Ivana showed up at 11 pm to move us to the next apartment right across Apartment Raic but of course we could not move with sleeping baby and tired bodies and already unpacked suitcase. We moved to the other apartment which was next door and was able to get some rest for the other two nights. Ivana had told us to contact her if we need anything but when I asked for more shampoos during our last night, she said she is out of town and the owners are not obligated to provide it as it's not a hotel despite of it being mentioned as amenities in the booking. Ivana let us leave our suitcase and stroller in her lobby on our last day since late check out was not available and our flight was late in the afternoon which was nice.

We had such an incredible stay at this apartment. The owners had excellent communication and went above and beyond to help us get to and from the airport and ferry smoothly and to make sure we were comfortable. They would respond within minutes to my messages, even with a 9 hour time difference. They were so nice and sweet and gave us such a wonderful first experience in Dubrovnik. The location was amazing and convenient. Within 10 min walking distance to all of the major sights. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik we will be coming back here! Highly recommend!

The apartment was super clean and included a small kitchen plus bathroom and beds. There were guidebooks to use and umbrellas in case of rain. A clothes line accessible thru the window was great to dry swimsuits and towels. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Central to everything. The rooms are modern and very clean. This staff in the property were so helpful and kind. The only draw back is there are a lot of steps

So incredibly easy. They arranged airport transfer both ways for 35 euros, which was less than the “going rate”. It was clean, perfect, and right in the middle of everything. Convenience, ease, and amazing service. I would 100% stay again.

La camera era comoda e in posizione centrale, il bagno in ottime condizioni, occorrerebbe una mensola all’interno della doccia per posare gli oggetti. La proprietaria è stata gentile a fornirmi una mappa della città con spiegandomi tutti i punti di attrazione principale del paese. Per chi vuole abitare in una città affollata di turisti in estate e dormire in tutta tranquillità la considero un ottima location.

Highly Recommend!
Ivana was so warm, welcoming, and helpful!! She was there when we checked in, walked us through the map of Dubrovnik and gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do while there! She also helped us arrange our transfers to the airport. The apartment itself was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Added bonus on the hot summer days was the AC!

良かった点：清潔感あり、部屋が広い、大きなスーツケースも十分に広げられるスペース、オーナーさんが気さくで街の情報を色々教えてくれる 等 残念だった点：FreeWi-Fiの接続がかなり不安定、シャワールームの下水の詰まりがひどい（なかなか流れない）、玄関の鍵を開けるのにコツがいる（鍵を頂いたらすぐに練習したほうが良いです）、階段が多く（ドゥブロヴニクの地形がそうなのでこの宿に限ったことではないが）大きなスーツケースを持っての移動は相当きつい 等 時計台の側で、エアポートバス乗り場からも比較的近く、立地はすごく便利です。お値段を考えると総合的に満足です。 もしまたドゥブロヴニクに来ることがあったら、こちらに泊まってもいいかな、と思っています。

Very clean, quiet (nice modern windows) even though so close to all of the action, and everything worked. Owner was so full of information and helpful. Strong recommendation for this apartment.
