Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht
Prachtig luxe appartement, veel comfort en prachtig uitzicht op zee. Op loopafstand van zee (Copacobana Beach) in de rustige wijk Babin Kuk. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en helpt je met handige tips. Aanrader !

SUPER!
Je moet wel wat zoeken, maar eens je het gevonden hebt, ben je echt aangenaam verbaasd. Geweldig apartament met alles erop en eraan. Keuken, living, terras, slaapkamer en ruime badkamer. Daarnaast volledig ingericht en met gratis parking. Enig nadeel : je bent toch wel vrij ver van centrum (bus of auto te nemen), maar heel kort bij strandlocatie.

We had asked for an airport shuttle for 10 of us. They were there, reliable and we were thankful. Our only complaint was that we had asked six months in advance that the three apartments be close by or at least in the same building but we were in three different buildings, communication was not great but otherwise it was nice.

Property was as described on website. Staff very professional, did call maintenance and promptly took care of the issue. Only thing I did not like was the comfort of the sofa bed, but moved mattress on the floor and did not contact property about it. Good soundproofing of apartments and decent neighbors, what more can you ask for? Had lovely view of the sea, not frontal but to the side. It proved a wonderful opportunity to have the same view in the bedroom, its window facing the view directly. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.

I stayed with a friend in a 2 bedroom 2 baths apartment with ocean view. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Washer really comes handy for laundry. Our host Klara went above and beyond to help me with any requests we had. Thank you!

What an absolute delight this apartment was! Well appointed, comfortable, spotless and equipped with all mod cons. I stayed there with my wife and two children and we loved our whole time there. Kristina in the office was incredibly helpful as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful apartment to anyone. There is also a very good supermarket nearby that provided us with some essentials that were unfortunately with our luggage in Vienna (bags arrived early next morning).I would happily stay there again.

Visual e conforto incríveis
Queria fugir de me hospedar dentro do labirinto das muralhas, e não pagar tão caro para ficar próximo da cidade murada, O Pervanovo apartments tinha boa avaliação e resolvi me hospedar por lá. Fui muito bem atendido, o apartamento é amplo, limpo e bem equipado. A vista da varanda é incrível. Pode-se ir e voltar fácilmente até a cidade murada de um ônibus que passa perto. A noite, tem várias opções de restaurantes em uma rua fechada ao trânsito e muito bonita que fica uns 20 minutos à pé. O local é um pouco isolado mas seguro, sem problemas. Recomendo, especialmente se estiver de carro que pode ficar no hotel enquanto você visita a maravilhosa GRAD.

We arrived in Dubrovnik early, the taxi transfer service I had organised previously with Pervanovo was there waiting for us at the airport, very reassuring, when we arrived at the reception office which opens in the afternoon he contacted Christine who arranged the cleaning staff to come over and greet us. They were very friendly, helpful and showed us to our apartment which was ready to use. Thank you to them. The property was fantastic, kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker (filters provided), decent sized fridge cooker hob, plates and glasses etc all you need. Utilities washing machine iron etc and the hairdryers were a good addition, you won't need to take one. The bedrooms were all a good size for family and friends to sleep in comfortably, we had the 3 bedroom and balcony apartment which was on the second floor, the views from the balcony were breathtaking. A special thank you to Christine who organised our return transfer, gave us very useful information, made us feel very welcome and assured, and that we could contact her any time during our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

Spacious, attractive apartment with nice deck. I had a conference at one of the Valamar hotels about a 20 minute walk from this property, and decided to stay here. I'm very happy about that decision! There is a small grocery store a few minutes away. The apartment had a nice washing machine and modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. It was quiet in the evenings, peaceful. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment
Apartment was amazing - we were in I-1which had 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views and 2 spotless bathrooms. There were all the little extras you get in a hotel and everything you can think of in an apartment. Would recommend this apartment 100%. Only downside the steps get very slippy when it rained - and i had a very bad fall down them so just take care in the wet- otherwise no negative comments at all about this apartment it is excellent

The Pervanovo Apartment were in a good location. Close to Copacabana Beach, a 5 min walk, only a 15 minute drive to Old Town, the big historic area where all the tourist things are. The property was spacious beds were ok. We had some issues with the water, either boiling hot or cold. They came right away to help. They needed to walk through the apartment with us upon arrival to show us how water worked, stove and microwave as they were different than ones we have ever seen.

Could do with some more instructions in the apartment e.g. where to put recycling, nearest super markets, etc. A few things where were not functioning properly e.g. bedroom shutters and balcony awning. Staff responded v quickly when reported. Also, insufficient hot water for for showering for 4 people. Overall, property very nice abd staff excellent.

Regarding hot water, we don't have a central heating system, but each apartment has its own boiler whose water capacity is limited by its size and if you run out, you'll have to wait until the cold water is heated, which takes not more than 20 minutes. Excellent, except 2 small issues
It was everything excellent except for 2 small issues at check in. The apartment was wonderful, big and comfortable. And it's close to a beach (that is unfortunately becoming gentrified). The issue we had was that the price charged at check in was different from the one on the reservation and it was not because of any extra charges or city tax. Our reservation was made in EUR and they converted it to local currency, which increased price in about EUR 50. This info is not stated anywhere in the booking, so something to be aware of. The 2nd issue was that we informed them at the time of booking that we were bringing a dog, together with remarks about bed arrangements. Their employee said they never got any of this. Luckily they realized that they had made a mistake and the problem was solved without further headache.

Lovely large apartment with all amenities. Beautiful views from the living area - large sliding glass doors - and the balcony. Great double bedroom on ground floor with lots of hanging space for clothes and its own balcony with sea view. Great ensuite. Light and airy. Spiral staircase to mezzanine floor for second double bed. Limited headroom here and limited space for clothes (although could share ample wardrobe space downstairs). Lovely ensuite. No windows in bedroom or ensuite. Very warm at night, although excellent air conditioning unit. Mezzanine floor not suitable for young children. Apartment located in a quiet, partly residential area and about 8-10 minutes walk to bus and 10 minutes to nearest beach. Kristina is an excellent host for Pervanovo; extremely pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Excellent Apartmemt near Camp solitudo
Good Apartment...slightly far from old city but lavish parking and open space.Old city is easily accessible via uber(cheaper than city bus if there are 4 people). Apartment is clean and tidy.kitchen is fully equipped but no basic stuff like tea or coffee powder was available.. Receptionist is excellent and property is value for money...I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here if I come back to Dubrovnik...

The staff from the chamber maids to the receptionist were very freindly and helpfull. The location, with both the beach and resturants 10 minutes away. Theres a supermarket close by, and the bus stop into Dubrovnik is about 15 minutes away.

Spacious with 2 bathrooms and hot/cold air blowers mounted on the walls in lounge and both bathrooms. Would have been useful to have instructions on how to use the blowers.

Trotz sehr später Anreise ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Rezeptionspersonal, gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und voll ausgestatteter Küche, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Apartment ist leider sehr hellhörig, sowohl innerhalb der Wohnung als auch seitens der Nachbarn, es wurde während des gesamten einwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht ein mal sauber gemacht.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedbak über Ihren Aufenthalt mit uns. Es tut uns Leid, dass Sie eventuell durch die Lautstärke der Nachbar gestört wurden. Unsere Apartments haben doppelverglasten Fenstern und schallisolierten Wänden, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall ihre Bemerkung ernst nehmen und sehen was wir zusätzlich unternehmen könneten um Geräuschpegel irgendwie dämmen zu können. Bezüglich Reinigung, unsere Apartments sind "self catering" und wir haben Reinigung einmal wöchentlich nur für die Aufenthalts länger als eine Woche. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir Sie wiedersehen. Liebe Grüße

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with ample parking. Just 10 minute walk to a regular bus stop with a 10 minute journey into Dubrovnik. Ideal for families. Supermarket and restaurants just a 10 minute walk away.

The Pervanovo representative, Kristina, was excellent. She was pleased and keen to answer any questions we had, she made herself available and she was lovely with our two young boys. She went out of her to book trips for us and suggest what to see and where to eat. Overall we were very pleased with the standard of the apartments and the standard of the service received.

Everything was great for the week, awesome apartment. Didn't need much service, but it was available. Very friendly and professional staff. They even sent battery chargers I forgot to me fast, with only postage to pay. Thanks!

Toller Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon, schöne Wohnung, alles top in Ordnung. Küche hat leider nur 2 Kochplatten. Sehr freundlicher unkomplizierter Service in englisch. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sehr ruhig.
