This was one of the nicest places we staying Croatia. The room and shared kitchen is excellently equipped and finished. The view of the old city and sea was spectacular. The host is very nice and hospitable. We would highly recommend it. The only caution is you need to be ready to climb stairs to get from sea level (i.e., the old town) to Room Raic's location - but that is why the view is so great. You are up high looking toward the sea.

Amazing views from the terrace, stunning
This apartment is situated in a great area near the sea, and the old town walls, a very brief walk to restaurants, ( bit of a climb back up after) groceries and a bakery as well as the cable car. Best of all is the amazing views from the common area and balcony. perfect for a stay of 8 couples, we each had our own room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik

Enjoyed the comfort and great location of our hotel. Kitchen afforded us to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. View of old town and the Adriatic Sea from our hotel balcony is awesome ! The Banje Beach is a few minutes walk down from our hotel.

The room was nice and very clean. We were in an attic room, which we could look through the sunroof (it opened so you could stand through it). Amazing view! The hostess was nice. We were able to park just outside. To get to Old Town, It was ~250 steps down a couple staircases. When exiting Old Town, there are taxis right outside, so we took the 15 euro taxi instead of climbing 250 steps.

Unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad, hay muchas escaleras pero si quieres ahorrarte la mayoría, está a 100 escalones de la estación de autobús, el número 8 te lleva al Old town y a la central de buses y al puerto, también a distancia caminable del cable car y de shuttle para el aeropuerto. También muy cerca de un mini súper. La señora que nos atendió bien amable nos prestaron sombrillas para la lluvia y un licor de almendras de bienvenida, ahí hay té y café y puedes calentar tu comida o prepárate cosas en frío. Muy agradable estancia

Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik
Fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik. The view from property is absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, try to get room with view if possible, but if not their is a common balcony to view town. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, welcome drink appreciated! It is located about 10 mins walk from Old Town, but that amazing view comes with stairs! If you’re able, it is fine, but if you have mobility issues, you will need a ride to the Old Town. Recommend as place to stay in Dubrovnik, very good value for money, clean and unbeatable view.

Local tranquilo e a propritaria Sra Anca foi amável,prestativa.Nos recebeu muito bem,com um brinde de licor caseiro feito por ela. Tudo organizado,limpo e a vista desde a sacada é naravilhosa. Quem vai a Drugovinic tem que estar preparado para subir escadas o que nao é diferente na hospedagem. Por outro lado,pertinho do centro, tem uber ou sobe a pé mesmo com paradas estratégicas para admirar o lindo cenario natural a sua volta,seja durante o dia ou a noite. Ah,ganhamos vinho tambem da Sr.Anca

There are a few steps - well a lot - up to the property so you need to be fit to go up and down these a couple of times a day. That said Dubrovnik is full of steps and hills, so it is something you have to accept. The view from Rooms Raic is amazing - from the room and communal balcony. The rooms great value for money. There is a bar and mini-supermarket at the bottom of the steps too and the property is only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town.

Habitación impecable y propietaria muy maja. Hay que subir muchas escaleras pero como recompensa se tienen unas vistas extraordinarias de Dubrovnik. Además la ciudad está plagada de escaleras, si o si hay que subir o bajar.

La persona a cargo es muy amable. El hotel es como si fuera una casa por lo que aparte de la terraza común hay cocina común, por lo que puedes preparar tus alimentos y guardarlos en el refrigerador lo cual me resultó de mucha utilidad. Todo es muy limpio y de buen gusto, el mantenimiento está al día, espacio para maleta y buen closet. Se deben subir escalones para llegar del centro lo cual es muy bueno para el cardio diario…la vista de la ciudad desde el hotel es increíble

Rooms Raic was wonderful! Amazing view over looking the bay and Old Town. My host, Anka, was so nice and told me many fun things to do, places to see and eat. I will be returning to Rooms Raic and referring all my friends who were jealous of my trip to Dubrovnik!

Belíssima vista
Apartamento limpo e recepção simpática da proprietária . A Suite Maslina onde ficamos é na realidade o sótão. Janelas ( telhado e banheiro) com linda vista. Recomendo apenas para quem tem baixa estatura porque o teto inclinado é muito baixo. Essa suite possui cozinha equipada. Falta um espelho grande no quarto e penduradores na porta. Detalhes que fazem a diferença. A localização dos apartamentos é boa mas quem não tem disposição e bom condicionamento físico precisará de taxi ou uber . Boa relação custo benefício

Lovely apartment , stunning views, great service, really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend . Only niggle was - we never had enough hot water to have showers in the morning (one of us might get a quick rinse but that was it)

Хозяйка апартаментов Анка приветливо встретила, предложила кофе. Сам номер очень светлый, чистый, уютный, выходит на терассу, откуда открывается просто захватывающий вид на старый Дубровник. Проживанием очень довольны. Тем, кто путешествует на авто, придётся поискать место парковки. Есть возможность припарковаться чуть выше у дороги, но организованной парковки рядом не нашли. В целом место, номер, гостеприимство потрясающие. С удовольствием вернёмся.

Perfect location, great for the price.
e stayed for only one night but it was very clean and comfortable. A great view of the city. It was a very short walk downhill to the old town. Be prepared for the walk back up the hill to get home! The host got up to give us a ride to to the ferry at 6:15 am for a small fee which was very convenient.

各部屋にキッチンや冷蔵庫も付いていて、シャワールームも綺麗でした。部屋と別に共用のテラスがあって素敵な景色を眺めながら素晴らしい時間を過ごせました！共用ルームの冷蔵庫には浄水器や氷も自由に出せます。ホストもとても良い人でした。

Wonderful stay for three nights in Dubrovnik. Clean, nice host, engaging. I would recommend anyone staying in Dubrovnik confided this option. Stunning views of the city too.

行くまでは写真のような景色が本当に部屋から見ることができるのか半信半疑でしたが、本当でした！！お部屋は、階段を登って２階でしたが、屋根裏部屋になっています。（2人には十分な広さでした。）部屋についている窓は小さいですが、その窓からの景色が最高でした！！！共有のロビー？にはベランダがあり、そこからの景色がまた最高です。テラス席になっているので座ってくつろげます。夜は夜景も見られます。正直、ケーブルカーでスルジ山に登って見た景色よりホテルからの景色の方が綺麗でした。ただ、美しい景色と引き換えにホテルの場所は市街地からは少し離れているので帰りは大変です。（階段or坂道との戦い）バスやタクシーを利用すれば楽なのかもしれませんが決して歩けない距離ではないため、私は滞在中、階段を利用しました。クタクタで夜はぐっすり眠れます。ホテルから出て、階段を少し下れば小さなスーパーもあり便利です。

깔끔하고 전망 엄청 좋습니다. 다만 차가 없으시면 계단 지옥을 보게될거에요.....주방에 시설도 다 되어있어서 저녁도 만들어 먹었어요~ 제빙기가 있어서 여름에 매우 도움이 됩니다. 버스터미널에서 택시타면 100쿠나, 나갈때도 터미널 간다고 하니 택시는 아닌것같지만 100쿠나 받고 데려다 주셨습니다
