The villa is located in the small, picturesque and quiet town of Dubravka, in Konavle. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a view of the sea, mountains, fields and the renovated Sokol tower. This special stone house was built in the 19th century, has been completely renovated, and will provide you with an unforgettable experience.

The space
This luxurious villa was built in 1890. and renovated in 2020. it is a real dream property, an oasis of privacy. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people on a plot surrounded by the most beautiful garden decorated to the last detail. Built on three floors connected by internal stairs. This villa is furnished according to the highest standards, carefully designed by the owner, every attention to detail, the comfort and safety of our guests is most important to us. The villa is equipped with a smart home system (smoke detectors, smart air conditioners...), and as such you offers a very safe stay, where your only concern will be how to rest as well as possible. Free wireless internet and free parking are available within the facility. The ground floor is huge and spacious, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances connected to the dining room, air conditioning system, SAT TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as an outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a seating area where you will spend a lot of time during your vacation and enjoy cooking your favorite dishes. On our farm, we can offer you fresh vegetables from our garden and homemade olive oil, which is the most important part of Mediterranean cuisine. There are also additional facilities such as a wine cellar with a massage chair where you can relax with excellent local wines (extra charge), a Finnish sauna, a fitness center and a children's playground. On the first floor there is a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning and satellite TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room has access to a partially covered terrace with a living room equipped with relaxing lights and a ceiling fan where you will enjoy the beautiful view of your unforgettable romantic nights.
On the upper floor there are 3 additional bedrooms with air conditioning, SAT TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The facility also has a jacuzzi and a heated pool located just above the villa, allowing you to swim and enjoy even in the colder months.
Peace, a high level of privacy, silence, comfort, spaciousness with a high dose of luxury are the factors that make this villa special and unique.

We really recommend the boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast as much as possible.
