Our Modern cabin is nestled peacefully in the trees and is the perfect place for you to enjoy miles of ATV trails, hiking, kayaking & fishing. Or simply stay put for a relaxing time gathered around the fireplace or star gazing from the deck. The cabin's location in Duck Creek Village, Utah allows for easy access to Bryce,Zions, Dixie, &Brian Head Ski Resort

The space:
ModernBnB is the perfect home-away-from-home for your loved ones and has numerous activities for those of all ages.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - additional sleeping: Pac N' Play - on 2nd floor
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - on 2nd floor
Bedroom 3: 2- Twin Bunk Beds w/ sliding farmhouse door- on main floor
The loft space also has a foam couch that can transform into a small bed for a couple of children.


OUTDOOR FEATURES:
Hot Tub, Fire Pit w/ seating, gas grill w/propane, propane fire table on deck, String lights on deck for nighttime ambiance, large backyard, horseshoes, corn hole, inflatable tubes


INDOOR FEATURES:
The cabin features free Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, ROKU &3 Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, an open-to-below loft space with an XBOX, plenty of board games/DVDs/puzzles/kid's books etc., a desk space for working, and a main living open floor plan that makes it easy to gather.
KITCHEN: Well equipped, Keurig coffee maker w/ coffee and classic coffee maker with filters, coffee grinder, electric tea pot, waffle maker, pancake griddle, blender, Crock-pot, toaster, ice trays, water purifier, spices, cooking basics, highchair, kid-friendly silverware, cups, bowls & dishes.
GENERAL FEATURES: Free Wi-Fi, electric heaters, washer/dryer, linens/towels, baby gate, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, laundry detergent, iron/board, hangers, trash bags/paper towels


SUITABILITY: Stairs required for entry, full interior and backyard access
PARKING: Driveway (driveway is best for 2 vehicles, but can fit 3)

Guest access
Guest's will have full access to the cabin and it's .84-acre lot.


The cabin is just a 10-minute drive from the main Duck Creek Village. Here you can find a handful of great restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store/True Value, gift shops, gas station, ATV Rentals and more!

Tire chains are recommended and may be necessary depending on weather conditions


There is an outdoor camera facing the driveway/road. This enables us to help monitor snow conditions on the driveway.

Please note Highway 148 to Cedar Breaks and Brian Head is usually open from late May until snow forces the road to close sometime after November.
