'Let me start by saying this property has a potential to be wonderful. The layout and water sports were fantastic. The first night we arrived. The shower was dripping loudly and we had to try to shut the door so we could sleep. We complained at the front desk and they text us a link to say we had to contact maintenance ourselves. The maintenance person did not show up to the next day and all they did was tell us that we had to take the extra handle and lay it on the ground so it wouldn’t drip....
