In this simple but comfortable small apartment (22 square meters) all needs for 2 cost-conscious guests are covered. An extra bed is available on request. Fully equipped, the apartment is suitable for students, fitters, trade fair assignments, business trips for short or long stays. By train in 11 minutes to Duisburg Hbf, 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Hbf, by car in 20 minutes to Messe Essen, 30 minutes to Messe Düsseldorf.

The accommodation:

In the down-to-earth Ruhrort district with typical Ruhrpott charm (some find it a harsh, mixed crowd, all normal for the Ruhrpott), we have created a very practical and centrally located apartment here in a larger apartment building with an elevator. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished and offers cost-conscious travelers perfect value for money. On 22 square meters there are 2 very comfortable single beds 90x200cm (very stable loft bed) with high-quality slatted frames and thick, firm spring mattresses.
Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser provides the right cozy factor. The apartment is ideal for fitters, students, trade fair assignments, business or private trips. On request, we can also provide a free 3rd extra bed (high-quality firm spring mattress): this makes it a little narrower, but if you are looking for the best price-performance ratio, this is the ideal solution.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, normal coffee machine. It has a dining table for 3 people.

There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and TV channels. You can also use your own access to all typical streaming services, etc. here. The TV can also be easily turned towards the bed using the telescopic arm. Wi-Fi with a 250 Mbit internet connection is available throughout the accommodation.

The bathroom is modern with a glass shower cubicle with a normal shower head and a Grohe rain shower. Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are included. There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as washing powder.

Our aim is the highest customer satisfaction: please talk to us if a problem needs to be solved or if you are missing something. We are happy to provide a small initial supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, sweetener, washing-up liquid and detergent, shower gel and shampoo, so that you don't have to worry about anything for the time being. We obtain our towels and bed linen from high-quality hotel suppliers.


Arrival and departure:
- Check-in: at any time from 4 pm
- Check-Out: at any time until 10 am
- House and apartment doors are opened by entering a code
- Duisburg Friedrichplatz train station is a 2-minute walk away, the train runs through to Duisburg main station in 11 minutes
- Free parking available on the street within a 2-minute walk, even for large cars

Smoking is prohibited inside the entire accommodation. There is a separate smoking balcony. Pets and parties are not permitted.
The house corridor is under video surveillance and there is a meter in the apartment for volume and cigarette smoke (no parties).
