Huge apartment with Sauna and free parking

Summary:

The apartment has been completely renovated in November 2024. A unique large apartment for 13 people (including children) with a sauna in the apartment. Here you can have a good time with friends or stay for a holiday, travelling with a large family. We have a barbecue area with a Weber gas grill and furniture in the courtyard for our guests. There are three free parking spaces in the yard. All necessary household appliances are available: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, Netflix.



The Space:

The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the courtyard.

In the first bedroom, there are two single beds and a baby cot (2 adults + 1 baby).

The second bedroom has a twin bed and a sofa bed (4 people).

The third bedroom has a twin bed (2 adults). We can also add here two folding beds (up to 4 people).

The fourth bedroom (passing room) has two single beds (2 people).

Total accommodation capacity is up to 12 adults + 1 baby.

Düsseldorf International Airport DUS - 31km (28 minutes by car)

A major transport hub for Germany and Europe.



Düsseldorf Old Town - 34km (35 minutes by car)

Many important sights are concentrated here and virtually every street is famous for something.



Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre - 31km (31 minutes by car)

The largest exhibition centre where a variety of international and local events (exhibitions, presentations and more) take place.



Venlo, Netherlands - 41 km (40 minutes by car)

Venlo attracts tourists with excellent shopping and a large number of historic buildings, museums and theatres.



Other Things to Note:

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is only 30 minutes from Dusseldorf airport. The autobahn is close by, so you can easily reach any destination without any traffic problems.

The apartment is located in a green residential area of Duisburg. The Rhine is a five minute walk away. There is a long and beautiful walking and cycling path along the river, as well as playgrounds and sports areas.

Supermarkets (Lidl, Penny, Kaufland) are located nearby. The city center is 15 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by tram. The tram stop is only 5 minutes away.



There are three parking spaces in the backyard, so you can park your car without worrying about its safety. In case you have more than two cars, there is also a parking space on the street or a huge free parking place (for vans and buses) in 200 meters.
