'The location was the best! Right on the marina so plenty to do and see. It was also just a short walk to Canal Park and to the beach. The views were great and there was so many extras. They have an above ground fire pit, outdoor games, shuttle to surrounding attractions, a s’mores bar, beach toys, and free drinks and snacks. Will definitely be staying here again!'

'Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

'Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!'

'It’s very vintage and a historic. So you have to be ok with not having modern furniture and things like an automatic room temp control- we had a ceiling fan and window.
It was cool outside, but there is occasional noise from being on the main st in Superior.
-Staff were very friendly and supporting us for Grandmas marathon.
-Parking is super easy and free
-Close to UW superior (less than 7 mins by car) for bus pickup.

'The room was excellent. The location could not have been better, and it was a beautiful space. The only real complaint was the Internet and TV. The Internet service was terrible!! When it worked it was really slow. I would have called to see if anyone could address the problem, but the staff were not available after 8PM. Since all of the TV was streaming, it meant that when the Internet went down, which happened several times, we had no TV service. To boot, their selection of apps on the Samsung...

'We spent our 5th anniversary there. The furniture in our room had seen better days, which didn't matter to us, other than that everything else was really good. There was a bartender in the lounge on Thursday night 6/11 with a unique name which I can't remember, who was great! We got in late, and decided to have a couple drinks before bed. He made us feel welcomed, and was fun to talk to. He seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back next time we are in the Superior/Duluth area.'
