Curlew Lodge is a lovely, charming retreat set within the beautiful Arbigland Estate, offering a perfect escape for those looking to relax in a tranquil coastal setting. Thoughtfully positioned slightly apart from the neighbouring lodges—on the right as you face them—it enjoys a wonderful sense of privacy, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees that enhance its peaceful, rural atmosphere.

The lodge takes its name from the elegant curlews that frequent the nearby foreshore and the fields in front of the chalets, particularly from autumn through to early spring. Their distinctive calls and graceful presence add to the unique charm of this special location, making it a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers alike.

Inside, Curlew Lodge is both comfortable and practical, designed to accommodate a range of guests. It features two well-appointed bedrooms: a flexible king-size room that can also be configured as twin beds, and a second bedroom with twin beds. This makes the lodge ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The bedrooms share a family bathroom equipped with a cubicle shower and a handrail, providing additional support where needed.
