'Honestly, this was the very best hotel. I’ve stayed at ever. Everything was clean. Everything smelled clean. The bathtub was actually clean and didn’t have any residual on it. When I came down for breakfast clean the variety was different. Was Lovely fresh I walked around with a lot of money and tipped people and thank them for actually caring. 'The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the hotel needs a lot of updating though.'

'The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! 'Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.'

'Looked very new and was clean and quiet. The diner next store was excellent with large portions.'

'This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.'

'Very nice people'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '
