Dit huis wordt beheerd door het enige lokaal beheerde en beheerde vakantiebeheerbedrijf in het gebied vanuit het hart van Oregon Wine Country. Het huisje is voorzien van een volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe apparatuur, een eethoek voor vier, en een gezellige woonkamer met een Amish open haard en een flatscreen-tv. De indrukwekkende master bedroom beschikt over een queen bed en wall-to-wall ramen voor veel natuurlijk licht. Een tweede gezellige slaapkamer beschikt ook over een comfortabele queen bed met pluche beddengoed. De luxe badkamer is prachtig getransformeerd met een betegelde douche, voetstuk wastafel en grote ijdelheid. Wasserij faciliteiten zijn ook beschikbaar. Met een slaapkamer voor maximaal vier personen, is dit de perfecte plek voor een paar koppels of een familie-uitje.

Een prachtige omheinde achtertuin biedt volop ruimte om te ontspannen in de frisse lucht van Oregon. Een BBQ grill en terras stoelen bieden al fresco dineren, en het terrein rondom het huis zijn prachtig aangelegde en aangelegde tuin. Twee fietsen zijn beschikbaar voor gebruik, en tijdens de warmere maanden zijn er bosbessen struiken en verse kruiden groeien voor uw culinair genieten.

Er is echt geen betere plek om te dienen als thuis, terwijl het verkennen van Oregon Wine Country. Prachtig ingericht en ligt in het hart van Dundee, wil je dit huisje te bellen uw!

Amazing Wine Country experience

The cottage was the perfect place for me and a couple of my friends to stay for a short trip to wine country. It was homey and very comfortable to relax in after a day of wine tasting. The communication from the property management team was phenomenal and hope to stay at this property again!

Fun Girls Trip!

Lovely home for 2 people

The cottage was lovely and perfect for 2 people and the yard was perfect for our 10lb dog. You're a few minutes walk away from restaurants, wineries and grocery shops. The only feedback would be to add lighting to the back yard and water the plants, the garden gas fantastic potential but is currently quite dead due to a lack of watering.

Very poor experience with lifestyle properties management throughout the stay from booking etc..

The booking process was confusing from the double process between Vrbo and the lifestyle properties place that manages the home. There were several discrepancies of the pet policy between both entities making it very confusing as to what pets were allowed or not per the rental booking. Multiple unannounced visits from landscapers to trash folks (which is very disrespectful to the privacy of the guests, not to mention the issue with potential Covid risks); I was notified one time via phone that a gardener would be stopping by one afternoon and yet they did not show up. There was miscommunication and lack of clear rules regarding pets. I was evicted early due to a cat being with our family during our stay; they stated they needed to fumigate and remove every item in the home therefore we were expected to leave early in order for them to do so. No mention of a refund or any offer to reconcile the money for a shortened stay on their behalf - which we obliged with respectfully. The “required” mid stay clean is a very odd thing in itself with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies available within the home. The over reaction to exaggerate to a fumigation over an animal even though their policy offered a special doggie pack for dogs when they stay. Unclear standards and miscommunication again and again throughout our entire stay. This was the most over priced and most disappointing stay we have ever had the displeasure of encountering.

Our 2-night stay at The Roost was great. We especially enjoyed the lovely back yard and garden, fireplace, and the well-appointed kitchen. The location was convenient to our wine country explorations and we would definitely stay again.

Center of Wine Country & Charming Cottage & Garden

Well appointed cottage (family home) in the center of Dundee on a quiet street. Ideal for two couples, the property management team seems to have thought of everything to make your wine trip a success. (Including the Tide Pen for wine stains.) Though this house only has one large modern bathroom, it is cozy and practical. My only frustration with this listing (Vrbo) is that while doing research for the trip, the per night price increased three times over 24 hours. Apparently the cookies allows the lessor to raise the rate every time you check back. It went up $25 each time. That is really a bummer and seems manipulative. Though no fault of the listing agent, next time I'll book directly and save.

Great location. Very clean. Very charming. The only negative is the furniture- the couch and the 2 cow patterned chairs in the living room seating area are very uncomfortable. Wish the living room area seating was more cozy and comfortable to sit and drink wine and chat. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice getaway Cottage

Great location and property. The property sites close to a storage unit and a large open garage. It is in an area that has plenty of housing around, just something that we found odd. Amenities were clean and had no issues with the property. Great stay for our Oregon visit. Walking distance to restaurants, wineries and a brewery.
