Keuka View Sunsets op Hyatt Hill

Dit ontzagwekkende heiligdom van sereniteit en privacy biedt een indrukwekkend uitje voor Keuka Lake & Wine Country Living. Hyatt Hill is rustiek eigentijds in ontwerp met verschillende houtsoorten en op aarde geïnspireerde afwerkingen. De ruimte wordt bepaald door de vegen voorwanden van deuren en ramen die de ruimte vult met natuurlijke verlichting en filmisch uitzicht op het meer. De open woonkamer / keuken is voorzien van op maat gemaakte kersenhouten kasten, vloerverwarming, eethoek, ontbijtbar en opent naar zowel het voorste als achterste terras compleet met grill en verschillende eet- en entertainmentruimtes. Een privé gastenpak en complete badkamer completeren het woonniveau beneden. Tweede verdieping bestaat uit stijgende, knoestige dennen, grijs gewassen plafonds, een onvergetelijke master suit show behuizing het uitzicht op het meer omgeven door ramen voor een optie binnen / buiten slapen, ceder walk-in closet, luxe master en-suit met dubbele wastafel, toilet hoekje , stralende verwarmde stenen vloer, badkuip en douche met massagestenen vloer, gasten- of kindersuite met een groot bed met bovenbed. De kelder of het instapniveau van dit unieke huis biedt een trainingsruimte met spinfiets, loopband, losse gewichten en weerstandsbanden. Voor extra gasten slapen de bank in de woonkamer fungeert als een twin-size bed voor 1 en er is een queen size futon die 2 slaapt in de sportschool.

Fun long weekend

The Mavericks brought us here to see a show at the Point of the Bluff and we’ll be back for sure! Lake Keuka is such a fun adventure and our VRBO was perfect. A clean and comfortable home on a private lot conveniently located to every place we explored. The view of the lake was incredible and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. We’ll be back!

Best rental home ever

This house is the best we ever rented at the region. Everything is perfect. Very clean, well stocked, cozy. The quality of bedsheets and mattresses so good. I slept like a baby. The view of the lake is wonderful. I most enjoyed walking in the forest right behind the house. So quiet, you feel like far away from everything. Thanks to the host. We hope to rent the house again.

Great house for visiting the Fingerlakes

Nice, well stocked house with view of Keuka Lake on the east side, near wineries. Only thing I missed was a private bathroom for the master, it is sharedwith the other bedroom upstairs. There are thermostats in most rooms and didn’t have directions on how to use them, we needed AC because of the heatwave and it kept going back to a program sometimes every hour. Owner was exceptionally responsive to us during our stay! Would stay here again if visiting the area!

Great View and Property

Great property off the lake with fantastic views of Keuka and the bluff. Stayed with wife and our young German Shepherd. Have stayed on Keuka in the fall for a number of years and this is the first time staying off of the lake. This property is really comfortable, clean, modern and private with a great, really large, lot. Took advantage of the multiple decks in the evening as the sun was setting. Exactly what we were looking for. Hiked everyday and visited a few wineries and the local brewery down the hill. Check-in was a breeze and house had all the amenities needed. All in all a great, quiet, and relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and centrally located. My family of 4 and our small dog (the area is extremely dog friendly) spent 4 nights visiting friends and enjoying activities in Penn Yann, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, and Corning. When we weren’t busy enjoying the area we were very content relaxing at the house. It is well-stocked with clean linens, towels, kitchen tools and bathroom essentials. FYI- the coffee maker when we stayed (Aug’22) used cone filters. The WiFi was sufficient for our needs, including when my husband needed to work remotely from the house. The two times I reached out to Sarah I received quick and clear replies. We are already thinking about returning again!

What a view!

I never wanted to leave! Waking up every morning and going to bed every night, I would look out at that view for the lake and wish that this was my home. The house was exactly as pictures, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. As travelers with 3 kids under 4 years old, it’s not always easy to meet all our needs. However, we found this house to accommodate our somewhat unusual needs nicely. There was lots of outdoor space for play and a long driveway that made a great chalk canvas. The kitchen was large and the appliances were new, so cooking family meals was a breeze. We were very close to Weis winery which we visited and really adored. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a private place for a relaxing wine retreat - and anyone who appreciates waking up to an incredible view!

Check-in with Sarah and communication throughout trip was great. When checked in, place was comfy and inviting. Cleaning crew could care a bit more. Found coffee pot with half full carafe of coffee and used filter with coffee. Bought brush to clean pot as it was stained a great deal. Got it looking nice though. Always ✔️ the couch and it was pretty loaded and cheese ball found behind. It was hiding though as pug couldn't even find it. Shower was cool but was also cool as there is no inclosure and heat escapes. But those were minor and positives outweighed the negatives. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect for an extended weekend getaway!

We spent an extended weekend here and absolutely loved the property and proximity to wineries. From the moment we stepped into the house, we noticed how immaculate it was. The kitchen was great for the cooking we did, the deck was huge and sleeping arrangements perfect for the 4 people we had. I am absolutely looking forward to renting this same house again.
