'Had a lovely stay. The property was clean and tidy. It had everyone from milk to clean lennon you can also cook and clean your clothes. In such a good area of Bristol only bus to the town center. The host Nick was lovely. If we needed anything it was there. We would definitely come and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality

'Lovely clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a beautiful building. The accommodation has everything you need for a short or long stay. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. There are lovely walks in the surrounding area and it is also very convenient for getting into Bristol.'

'Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth.
Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs.'

'Great stay in a top location, lovely clean studio flat , only downfall was the parking and had to park streets away at times but all in all top notch '

'It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.'
