'Friendly staff good comfortable room'

'Fabulous stay in The Cottage suite. It is a stand alone suite, just like a charming little cottage. Super clean & charming. Whilst it is not elegant & fancy, it has a quaint & wonderful vibe. Comfy king bed with nice linens. The walls are a bit thin so we did hear some of the goings on close by. But all music & noise was done by 9 pm. I suspect there might be a noise bylaw in Dunedin. Everything was within an easy walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & will be back! '

'We very much enjoyed our stay. It is not really a place for children but nice and quiet for adults. The hotel is elegant, clean and has a gorgeous pool with beautiful surroundings. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Not close to the beach but this is why the price is reasonable. We would definitely return. '
