'Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) '

We stayed on a Suite and enjoyed having all the space. Everything was clean, one of our sliding door mirrors was broken, but we didn’t use it, so it was no problem.

We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above'
