'We had such an amazing time at this unique cabin near Lake Huron. Everything was warm and inviting—from the welcome card and gift of honey to the wee (crocheted, not alive! ) mouse hanging out over the kitchen table. Not to mention the beautiful chimes outside the sunroom—I would love to know where they came from. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Leslie and Steve.'

'Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay'

'The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant.'

'My cousins (female age 55-79) meet annually for a fun weekend together and this cottage was perfect! We had lots of room to spread out, there was even room for all ten of us to do yoga inthe living room! Overall it was VERY well equipped, clean, quiet and true to the AD description. May I suggest the basement sofa bed could be replaced. This cottage is EXCELLENT and we highly recommend. Thankyou George!'

'We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. 'My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! The fenced backyard was perfect, he spent so much time out there exploring all the new smells and playing fetch. I would recommend this house to anyone...

'I cannot say enough about our hosts and this property. Communication from our hosts was top notch, ensuring we knew how to find the property, clear check-in and checkout instructions, asking if there was anything we needed, recommending things to do around the area, and even personalizing our welcome card.
