'We had a delightful stay in the cozy and comfortable Porthole. The check in was a breeze and we found everything we could possibly need in this both well appointed and supplied fun space. The bathroom has great lighting, super nice shower, and lots of towels:) The covered patio was a relaxing spot for lunch, the bench on the front lawn provided a great spot to watch sunset and enjoy the water views, and the zig zag path in front of the house provided the perfect walk to and from town. 'This location is magical! The Gnome Home itself was adorable and perfect for two people! The couch in the living room turned easily into a bed. Everything was neat and clean and comfortable! The surrounding area is absolutely stunning! There are many area nature trails and lookouts. You can see them marked with wooden signs. 'This is the most perfect place! The cabin is spotless and so is the yard. We really appreciate the privacy of the location and the beautiful views which change with the tides. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll definitely be returning.'

'We came to Port Angeles for my cousin’s wedding and stayed at this property for four nights. The studio is cute and cozy. It sleeps 5-6 people comfortably and was more than enough space for 3 of us. The only challenge with a group of 5-6 is sharing one bathroom. The views from the property are absolutely breath-taking. We really enjoyed watching the sky change colors from the hot tub at dusk. 'My son and i stayed here 2 nights while exploring Olympic. The location made it easy to drive into the park and also walk downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and also had a beautiful view! We loved their patio and fire at night. We'd stay here again and stay longer. The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful!'

'The property looks like a post card picture. The cottage over looks a beautiful garden and is right on the water. Ed is a gracious host and has anticipated everything you may need.'

'Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.'

'The owners were very communicative and responsive. The "cottage" was very clean and very up to date decor. Sauna was a great option that we did not take advantage of enough. So convenient to Olympic National Park and convenient to walk to restaurants downtown. We would come back again.'

"Prima motel, ook voor een paar dagen. Goede kamer met goede bedden. Erg schoon. Raam gaat open en heeft horregaas. Recent kennelijk een goede opknapbeurt gehad en dat merk je. Voor de filmliefhebber een 50 inch tv. Wat wil je nog meer. Een goed ontbijt natuurlijk en dat is er ook."
