'Parking is shocking around Byron Bay, The Shire is greedy and tourists will stop coming when you have a $5 per hour parking policy - so you get a coffee for $3.50 and pay $10 parking!! Ridiculous!! So you have lost me Byron Bay. Problem is, you can’t even park in the street to check in (maybe they should have a private spot) Parking at hotel is excellent once you have checked in, at the hotel car park I feel sorry for any business in Byron Bay as in my opinion, the Shire will close them up...

'The waterfall was beautiful and only a short walk away. The cabin we stayed in was stunning and well used during the rain with its huge verandah. We would have stayed forever but unfortunately we ran out of money! Teressa was wonderful and we hope to chat again over a cuppa tea next time when she is not rushed. '

'The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. One drawback was that we had concerns about how clean the dishes, silverware, and cutlery were when we first arrived. However, if the unit had more dishwasher tablets, this problem...

'Nice weekend getaway property for couples or family of four. We stayed in the Iris cottage. It has everything we needed. The only thing missing is an oven if you need to roast (we didn’t need one). However there is a cooktop, a toaster, sandwich press, capsule coffee machine, kettle and air fryer. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy, and romantic. Highly recommended.'
