Hi Matthew, Sorry you had a bad night. Your suite was 275.77 on a holiday weekend for a 2 bed room suite with pillow top mattresses, which get many compliments from other guests. We provide cable TV and would have been glad to help navigate either or both of the TV's. Both rooms have A/C units, and when set to cool room temps have always worked in the past, and have not garnered complaints before or since your stay. We did check the shower head and it adjusts and works just fine. I hope you find the experience you are looking for next time.

Thanks for your review. The only reason your room would be left untended by housekeeping is if "do not disturb" sign is on door. Our housekeepers are also instructed not to touch or move your personal belongings- so your bed might be left unmade if full of personal belongings.

Hi, I'm sorry you weren't happy with groundskeeping. Unfortunately, online travel agencies do charge fees for their services. We are a small property and must pass this cost on to the guest for booking with companies other than us directly. We are proud to serve guests and will continue to offer the most comfortable room possible for your night's stay.

I'm sorry your weren't happy with your choice of room. For basic needs most are quite happy with our economy rooms. Our standard and premium rooms have been renovated, including the bathrooms. For a more comfortable stay, choose those rooms, or our premier room #1, which is larger, and comes with a fireplace insert and 40" tv.

This property has been monitored 24/7 by onsite owners since 2005; no one ever waits that long for service here. If you're looking for great customer service and help with the local area, then Dunsmuir Lodge is for you. For the NICEST experience, choose our "Standard" or "Premium" room, they have been fully renovated, with more amenities. Our "Economy" rooms are 'cheap' to compete with the lower-end motels, like motel x, without the noise and theft, etc. They have not been renovated, and have wear. We also do not offer breakfast, as there are there are 7 places nearby to get a great breakfast, from 'fast', but homemade breakfast sandwiches and burritos to seated restaurants with excellent food. I hope to see you again and provide service at a great value.

Our Economy rooms are comfortable and clean, but for a more updated room, choose our Premium Rooms. They have been fully renovated with more modern touches.
