'Extremely Disappointing Stay at Comfort Inn
My experience at Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing. The facility was poorly maintained, cleanliness was unacceptable, basic amenities did not work properly, and the staff showed little to no concern about our concerns. This was far below the standards I expect from a hotel.
One of the first things we noticed was the smell of marijuana in the hallway by the office. The office door was open directly into the hall, and the odor was overwhelming....

'I really enjoyed our stay and the bonus of being away from the city! It’s convenient to get to and from Portland/the highway systems! I just wish there were two nightstand tables instead of one so we could’ve plugged in our phones easier. The king room seemed to be set up for one person in mind. Otherwise it was pretty easy and great with welcoming staff!'

'Last minute booking so it was convenient. Other than that I would not recommend. Very little care put into making this hotel, seems like they put the bare minimum in to make money for desperate travelers. Better off using rolled up towels than the pillows, clean room but everything felt like it was made with the bare minimum to make it semi functional, shower faucet got stuck to on position, staff at front desk didn’t even know of local dinner places, and during check in was on the phone with...
