'The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight.'

'We had the most wonderful stay at fritton lakes. The staff were lovely , the food was very high standard and our family room with our little boy just gorgeous!! The out door swimming pool is brilliant we can’t wait to go back in the summer months, to enjoy all the outdoor activities. The carpets in the rooms are a little tired but I think that maybe can’t be helped due to the farm style surroundings coming in doors off peoples footwear, but everything else was 5* ! '

'Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. The choice is excellent and includes veggie/vegan options. Great coffee. The room was lovely and had everything needed for my stay - hairdryer,...

'We had a lovely few days over the bank holiday weekend. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and both times the food was excellent with impeccable service. Breakfast was equally as good. The staff could not be more helpful. We had an amazing view from our room looking out to sea. Would definitely recommend.'

'This is not a conventional hotel but rather a guest house with a fascinating history and purpose. It is run as a charity with a worthwhile purpose and deserves business but just know what you are getting. No question I would go back. Seafront view marvelous. '
