'Hotel is perfectly located, near the center of Assisi but still outside the crowds. Public parking in front of the door and also private garage available. Staff is very friendly and helpful, for example we could get breakfast half an hour earlier. Our room was spacious and very clean with every comfort. Restaurant is also recommended.

'What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful.
