'The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. '

'good hotel , but on the info on expedia you see the hotel has balconies , this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel [ and it was not cheap either]. it was very disappointing to see that the balcony was so small you could not normally sit on it. so do not believe what you see on the pictures. 'Prima hotel nabij het historische gedeelte van Durango. Hotel is vrij nieuw en een meer dan uitstekend uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan deze stad. Van de buitenkant zie je eigenlijk al dat het prima in orde is allemaal. Zoals gezegd het is een nieuw hotel. Wij werden prima geholpen met inchecken. De kamers zijn ruim en de wifi is prima. Ontbijt is Amerikaans maar verder goed. Badkamer uitstekend en zeer schoon. Bedden zijn goed alsmede het beddengoed. Downtown Durango op ongeveer 10 minuten...

'We had a really nice stay. It was great for dog owners, being on the path and next to the river. The river running by drowned out traffic noise. My only complaint was the bar/restaurant. The ambiance and staff were great, but the food was not great and overpriced. '

'De staat van de accomodatie is niet zo goed meer. Maar jebetaalt er dan ook minder voor. Dus dit was wel ok. Voor ons was dit enkel om te slapen, dus ik was zeer tevreden, ik had ´iet meer verwacht als je de helft van elders betaalt.'

'My room was nice and near the office. The room was clean and stocked with coffee as well as microwave and fridge. That was perfect for me. The lobby had a very limited continental breakfast. I wished the windows would stay open to let in the fresh Colorado air. Oh and the water was nice and hot and good water pressure too.'

'it is exactly as the name says: a Budget Inn. it is very basic, small, old, but clean enough and with a comfortable bed. lodging in Durango is expensive so that also drives the price up of the Budget Inn. The stop of the (free) trolley bus to downtown is next door; perhaps the best perk.'

'It was convenient to Durango activities, Pool was good, hot tub was broken, work out room was a joke, faucet in room was about to fall off the sink, and whoever painted this place must have been drunk and painted it with a mop or broom. Not likely to go back to this place but it was all that was left over late.'
