'Each room has a mini split AC but we didn’t need it when the low around 40. Every room also has a ceiling room which is really nice when traveling Many restaurants are within walking distance. We ate at the Italian restaurant that was right down stairs - it was great!! Chandler was so wonderful!! Helped us carrying our bags to our second floor room in the annex by the train (there is no elevator for those rooms) We loved staying at the General Palmer '

'Prima hotel nabij het historische gedeelte van Durango. Hotel is vrij nieuw en een meer dan uitstekend uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan deze stad. Van de buitenkant zie je eigenlijk al dat het prima in orde is allemaal. Zoals gezegd het is een nieuw hotel. Wij werden prima geholpen met inchecken. De kamers zijn ruim en de wifi is prima. Ontbijt is Amerikaans maar verder goed. Badkamer uitstekend en zeer schoon. Bedden zijn goed alsmede het beddengoed. Downtown Durango op ongeveer 10 minuten...

'Suite rooms were large, clean and had updated bathrooms. Lighting in the room could be improved. Breakfast has good selections and changes every day. We rented 3 rooms and the garbage dispenser broke in in one of the rooms but otherwise stay was uneventful. There was a confusion with our late check out, the lady in the front desk said we could check out by 3 pm but we started getting calls from the hotel to check out at the regular time. Apparently, the lady did not know that check out could...

'Pool and hot area clean and kept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom somewhat clean there was a contact on the shower wall that wasn’t ours! The night stand draw would not stay closed has to rig it with paper not open and hit our legs, the thermostat on the wall could not read it! Nothing didn’t know if was on heat or cooling or the temp of the room! '
