Opmerking: 4e nacht gratis is niet van toepassing tijdens Kerstmis, Oud en Nieuw en in de lente en in de zomer wordt automatisch een korting van 10% toegepast op een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten in plaats van de 4e nacht gratis. De 4e nacht gratis, indien van toepassing, is automatisch inbegrepen in de prijs.

In het najaar van 2019 werd de historisch verschrikkelijke wifi vervangen door glasvezel en de wifi is nu niet alleen betrouwbaar, maar de snelheden liggen nu rond de 50 MBS.

Onze 1100 m² met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers Cascade Village appartement (Unit 350) is de perfecte bergvakantie het hele seizoen door! Het beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een houtkachel en een eigen terras met zitplaatsen buiten. Cascade Village ligt minder dan 2 mijl ten noorden van het skigebied Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) en 25 mijl ten noorden van Durango.

Deze mooi ingerichte accommodatie heeft een open concept met comfortabel meubilair en beddengoed, die allemaal bijdragen aan de warme sfeer.

Cascade Village ligt minder dan 2 mijl ten noorden van het skigebied Durango Mountain Resort, 26 mijl (minder dan 30 minuten) ten noorden van Durango en 25 mijl ten zuiden van Silverton (minder dan 30 minuten).

On-site voorzieningen op Cascade Village omvatten een verwarmd binnenzwembad, sauna, buiten / binnen hot tubs, pooltafel, outdoor tennisbaan, skiverhuur winkel en een GRATIS ski-shuttle naar Purgatory Resort.

Blijf bij ons en we bieden KORTINGEN op zowel zomer (raften, jeep tours, paardrijden etc.) en winter (ski / snowboard verhuur (in Cascade Village), sleeën, sneeuwscooter tours etc.) activiteiten.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Een betaling van $ 300 is vereist op het moment van boeking. Deze betaling van $ 300 wordt toegepast op het totale verschuldigde bedrag en kan alleen worden terugbetaald binnen 72 uur nadat de boeking is gemaakt. Als uw aankomstdatum binnen 45 dagen na boeking is, is de volledige betaling vereist op het moment van boeking. Annuleringen of wijzigingen die resulteren in een verkort verblijf, die worden gedaan binnen vijfenveertig (45) dagen na de aankomstdatum, verbeuren het volledige reserveringsbedrag terwijl annuleringen meer dan vijfenveertig (45) dagen voorafgaand aan uw aankomst slechts vervallen de betaling van $ 300 die is gedaan op het moment van boeking. Voor reserveringen van ten minste dertig (30) nachten wordt het bovenstaande annuleringsbeleid verhoogd tot zestig (60) dagen vóór de aankomstdatum. We bieden wel een reisverzekering aan.

Close to the parking lot

This place was just excellent. Don’t know what else to say about it very handy to get to and from the parking areas and on the first floor we just loved it. Can’t wait to stay there again next fall.

Great stay and location

I love the fact this condo was not in durango hustle and bustle 40 miles north was great! Condo was a very quiet place,deep pool,mgr responded with in minutes for pool gate code.the condo was good size even with 4 kids & 2 adults.the kitchen was fully equipped for all your cooking needs,washer an dryer was a plus.only down side for me personally was master upstairs and kids downstairs but i survived the stiars! I do highly recommend this condo!

Winter vacation

Great spot for access to the mountain and ski resort. Condo was great, washer dryer in the condo was a plus. AWD helped with the ice conditions but most of the other people there did not have AWD, some were chained up so just be aware of the weather. Roads were cleared like clockwork early in the morning on grounds so the 24” of snow we got was not much of a factor- thankful for that snowplow guy, great work! And restaurant on site was great food, would highly recommend it.

The property was nice and quiet and the place we stayed was perfect! Clean and stocked with all the necessities. A short drive to Durango and close to tons of great hikes. It was the absolute perfect social distancing summer vacation!!

There was a dirty towel on the back of a kitchen chair, a half used roll of toilet paper under the bed, and a bikini top in the guest closet. There was dog hair everywhere!!!! There was also a chain smoker in the condo under us so we were not able to enjoy the balcony. We will not be back!

Nice Little Condo

You won't be disappointed with this condo. It is perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you will need. My only disappointment with this place is there is no grill that I could find. The location is great and the scenery is beautiful. Overall this place is really a nice place to get away for a while.

Excellent property

We stayed at the condo as a family of 5 and had plenty of space, and everything we needed for a week stay. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area (but there are some if you need to get out!), so we stocked up at the grocery store and the condo had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The property is an easy 2 miles or so from Purgatory ski resort which we went to every day to ski. The location of the condo in the village was perfect - walking distance to the main area where the hot tub and pool were a well. I would absolutely stay there again!!

Family Ski Trip - Pros and Cons

The pros: Property is well furnished stocked towels, etc. everything was clean & well maintained. Kitchen dishes and cookware were plentiful with clean & newer appliances. The upstairs master bathtub with jets is huge! A few games, books and local magazines are a nice touch. Plenty of blankets and pillows! Performance Sports located in Cascade Village is a great place to rent equipment. The owners are knowledgeable, helpful and give great customer service. The cons: Cascade Village front desk is not manned at times when you actually need them. 8 -5 doesn’t give you much time to get off the ski hill and to the desk to ask questions. Parking instructions should have said the property is located in the specific building, park in front for easy access (Left building name out as it was not included in posting). Our tall truck with ski racks barely fit in the under building parking area, but the front parking was very close and available. Despite a large hot water tank, the downstairs sink and shower barely got warm. Everyone had to shower upstairs in intervals to allow the hot water to heat up. This was a huge pain in the neck. The dryer creates serious condensation in the closet where it is located. The yellow sticky pads were not even noticed until later. Ants were folded into the towels which surprised my daughter as she tried to take a shower. Yuck! The masterbed is very hard and not comfortable think plywood on a boxspring. In all fairness, the coach, recliner and downstairs beds were all comfortable. We found hypodermic needles under the couch cushions. They were sealed and unused. The cleaning crew may want to check under the couch in the future. The icicles on the patio were so think it looked like a curtain. If they fell it probably would have damaged the deck below us. Seems like a safety thing. Cascade Village is missing out on being a great place to stay. They need more shuttle service. A vending machine might help. When I did make an effort to get there before 5pm, the attendant would not even look up from whatever he was doing and I was the only person in the room. The all night hot tub access is cool. It is just a long way from some of the buildings. Such a beautiful place but not welcoming. Bottom line: The condo is fine. If they fix the hot water issue, the condo is well appointed for a family. Cascade Village is not fine.

Perfect for our ski trip!

The property was clean and had necessary supplies and accommodations for cooking. Multiple options for coffee-Mr Coffee or Keurig. Nice fireplace stocked with wood. Plenty of extra bedding and ample starter set of shampoo, soap, toilet paper & cleaning supplies. The lay out of the condo allowed for the kids to have the upstairs area to themselves, while we enjoyed downstairs. Parking garage was a plus! Check in app was also a pleasant surprise and had all needed info along with directions in one handy place. Note: with lots of snow, condo sinage is hard to find. May want to include the building name “Snowdon” on future directions. Overall a perfect stay for us!
