Onze 1.800 vierkante voet, 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers aangepaste woning ligt op 2 hectare en ligt 10 mijl (minder dan 15 minuten) ten noorden van het centrum en 15 mijl (15 minuten) ten zuiden van het vagevuur skigebied. De locatie biedt privacy en afzondering, maar is toch slechts een korte rit naar het centrum en het vagevuur. Dalton Ranch en Trimble Hot Springs liggen op minder dan 4,8 km van de accommodatie.

Het huis beschikt over een fantastische buiten overdekte leefruimte met een gas-BBQ grill die een fantastisch uitzicht op de Hermosa Cliffs biedt. Omdat het huis op 2 hectare ligt, zijn vaak herten te zien op het terrein.

Beide master suites bevinden zich naast de woonkamer / keuken, terwijl de 3e slaapkamer (stapelbed kamer) beneden is gelegen en beschikt over een grote tv aan de muur die fungeert als een 2e woonruimte.

Boek minimaal een week en 10% korting wordt automatisch toegepast (exclusief Kerst / Oud en Nieuw).

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Een betaling van $ 300 is vereist op het moment van boeking. Deze betaling van $ 300 wordt toegepast op het totale verschuldigde bedrag en kan alleen worden terugbetaald binnen 72 uur nadat de boeking is gemaakt. Als uw aankomstdatum binnen 45 dagen na boeking is, is de volledige betaling vereist op het moment van boeking. Annuleringen of wijzigingen die resulteren in een verkort verblijf, die worden gedaan binnen vijfenveertig (45) dagen na de aankomstdatum, verbeuren het volledige reserveringsbedrag terwijl annuleringen meer dan vijfenveertig (45) dagen voorafgaand aan uw aankomst slechts vervallen de betaling van $ 300 die is gedaan op het moment van boeking. Voor reserveringen van ten minste dertig (30) nachten wordt het bovenstaande annuleringsbeleid verhoogd tot zestig (60) dagen vóór de aankomstdatum. We bieden wel een reisverzekering aan.

Blijf bij ons en we bieden KORTINGEN op zowel zomer (rafting trips, visreizen, paardrijden etc.) en winter (ski / snowboard verhuur, sleeën, sneeuwscooter tours etc.) activiteiten.

Beautiful property

I spent a few days in this house, it was perfect for our family of 6, and you can accommodate up to 8 or 9 people. Great location between Durango and Purgatory. House isn’t very nice, hope to come back.

Enjoyed our stay. The home just needs additional bath linens (wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels). We were a party of 4 and had to wash bath linens every day so that we had clean bath linens.

Beautiful property

The property was amazing. Everything was as advertised except for a couple things: we couldn't get the A/C to work properly, and the lack of clear instructions was frustrating. As a result, we had 3 hot nights. Also, the amenities (shampoo, etc) were not there, and we had to ask the management company for them. They brought 1 set when we told them there were 3 of us (3 men on a business trip, so we were not sharing). One last thing - there are no extra sheets and our sheets needed replacing, so I had to wash them before sleeping. I emailed these issues to the owner/management company, and we were taken care of. I will give them another chance because the property itself was awesome.

Beautiful location and home!

We loved staying in this quiet area and in your beautiful home. The location was perfect and hearing the train whistles were one of the the highlights of our trip. We had an issue the night we arrived, but the property manager responded very promptly and fixed the issue. My only suggestion would be more window coverings in the master bathroom. Even though, there is forest behind the home, I would have preferred more privacy. Other than that, the home was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed.

The first sign I knew this house was going to be fabulous is the organization of the management company. The directions and entry to the house were spot on; meaning the garage door worked and the code to get the key also worked. The management company also checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. We entered through the bunk room and I was already impressed before going upstairs to the main living area. The house is beautiful and spotless. The owners seem to travel a lot as evidenced by the fun family pictures and the custom made Moroccan dining table (what a piece of beautiful art!). The house is truly as beautiful as the pictures show...no false advertising here! There are so many nice touches such as coffee, tea, throw blankets, wall heaters, games, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. laundry room with soap, well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, cooking tools, etc. We were treated to sights of deer, turkey hens, very healthy coyotes, and the steam engine train from Durango. My only regret to the house was I had to leave! Oh, I highly recommend it 😁

Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay! There was snow on the ground and mule deers out the kitchen window. Location was convenient to many activities. The heated tile floor made the living space cozy and inviting. Lovely home!

Pretty view and convenient location

Very pretty views and convenient location to Durango and access to San Juan Forest. The house has hard water and kitchen utensils needed extra cleaning and does need a water softener. the house was dusty so if a cleaner person you will need to do some minor pick up but the Vacuum didn’t work. Animals on roof and in attic or walls were loud. Couldn’t use master bathroom tub as wouldn’t drain. We are shower people so not really a problem just for adding for information purposes. House was comfortable for everyone with great views.

Beautiful place!

A beautiful home with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We stayed about 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the location, the privacy, the views and the home. We will definitely seek this property out and take our adult children on vacation here. It's perfect for families or just a group of friends wanting to hang our and relax.

This property is beautiful. And if it weren’t for the mice, we would have stayed the three nights we booked. There were mouse droppings all over the kitchen and we saw two mice running through the kitchen.

Great Durango stay

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in the property, once in the summer and once in the winter. The House is very nice and it's location is great for access to Durango and Purgatory. it is a bit secluded and has a true mountain cabin feel with wonderful views. The only downsides are as follows: The internet is a bit slow, it is ok for watching movies but as 2-3 people on our trip were working and doing online school, I ended up having to tether to my phone to get a decent internet speed. The driveway is steep, during the summer this isn't too big of a deal, but during winter this could present an issue if you have a 2wd car. Also as the snow melts the base of the driveway gets muddy, it needs a new load of gravel . Lastly nit picky items, there were 3 bathrooms and only 4 rolls of toilet paper and1 roll of paper towels, we ended up buying more for our stay. The Microwave is also oddly small for the kitchen. This is a great property and like any others it has a few downsides but it is well worth the stay.

Amazing property

The house was spacious and offered amazing views of the forest and mountains. We loved watching the snow fall while sitting in the living room and even at the dining room table. The windows throughout the house allow you to feel connected to the outdoors. The driveway was perfectly sloped to allow the kids to slide down on the sled since there was plenty of snow. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful Property!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at ths property. The view was gorgeous, so relaxing to watch the sun hit the cliffs. Proximity to Durango was perfect. Definitley felt secluded, but very close to the city, with a beautiful drive that could be easily done multiple times a day. House is in great shape, very clean will all amenities. The floorplan is a great set up for teens to feel like they have their own space. Windows with beautiful views everywhere. We saw a flock of wild turkeys walk right outside the kitchen window, and deer out the front. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House - very clean and well cared for

I have stayed in many VRBO rentals before and this one was definitely the best. So many of the places I have rented in the past look great in the pictures, but show a lot of wear when I get there (stained area rugs, worn furniture, etc). This place was in great shape and very well kept. Either they have renters that treat the property very well or they are vigilant with keeping the place maintained - either way, I was very pleased. The location was great - convenient to Durango but far enough out of town where we felt like we were in the wilderness. Kitchen had everything we needed and the layout was great for privacy. All three bedrooms are in different parts of the house which allowed us each to have our own space. Would definitely rent this place again!
