Weekend getaway
This property is an excellent place to land in downtown Durango. My husband and I have visited every year and this property is the perfect combination of space, comfort and convenient location. This was our second time staying here and we were just as happy as we were during our first stay.

Wonderful condo in a perfect location
We loved staying in this property. It was very clean, had all we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It is just around the corner from Main Street where we enjoyed dining, shopping and it was a quick walk to the train station.

Beautiful Condo
Such a beautiful cozy condo with lots of thought put into all of the extra touches. It does have stairs so keep that in mind if you have problems with stairs. Access and parking were convenient and easy. Building does have an elevator as this condo is located on the third floor. Close walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location
The condo is beautifully appointed and fit our needs well. The location is ideal in downtown Durango. We walked to majority of restaurants and shops. Very short drive to Fort Lewis College where our daughter was starting school. Great base for hiking, trip to Mesa Verde, scenic drives and Durango Hotsprings. The main downside was the bar across the street which played very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights. Obviously this is out of the property owners control. Fortunately, the provided sound machine really helped. The mattress really could use an upgrade - very soft and uncomfortable to me (although I have back issues and it didn’t bother my husband as much).

Great location
Beautiful condo, well appointed. Perfect location. Not sure where the manager of the property is located. The kitchen light was not functional and we were unable to connect with anyone who could remedy the situation. Overall a nice stay though.

Lovely apartment
This apartment was truly lovely and in a great downtown location. Unfortunately for us it was Halloween weekend, which meant the bar across the street was booming until 2 am each night. The white noise machine in the br definitely helped. Regardless of the noise, we enjoyed our visit and the place very much!

Although it was nice being close to downtown- it did get a little noisy.
Nice location can walk to downtown - little noisy at times. Bathrooms were a little tight - but shower was great. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great downtown stay
We loved our time at this place. The unit was perfect for the two of us. It is beautifully appointed and was immaculately clean when we arrived. We loved being smack dab in the middle of historic down Durango. We couldn’t have found a better place!

Very nicely appointed
Very nice and comfortable with everything you need. Just be aware that there is a tavern directly across the street and the band was loud and played late, and people park and talk right outside your window. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't great. If you are a heavy sleeper, no problem.

Perfect location!
Although we had a parking spot we could walk to restaurants and shops. We were close to the train station and Jeep tours. The historic townhouse was beautiful and updated. We loved being able to look out the large old windows at the mountains.

Location, location, location
Location of this property is outstanding! It is right in the middle of downtown. It was only about a 30 minute ride to the Purgatory resort in one direction and another 30 minutes in the other direction to an outstanding steakhouse on the Ute reservation. It made it very easy to get around to stores and restaurants in town. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our weeklong stay. The only challenge we had was getting in touch with the property management group. I called them and stayed on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Then I emailed them to discuss some questions and never heard back. Had to figure it out on my own. Outside of that I would definitely stay here again.

Great Loco in Durango
Almost perfect. The extra powder room was a plus for 2. Loft is cozy and comfortable. Dont open your windows, the bar across the street is noisy on weekends.

Great downtown location
The property is in a great downtown location and very well appointed as seen in the pictures. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively impacted by the air conditioning not working. The loft where the bed is never got below 80 degrees and made for terrible sleeping all 3 nights. We had communication with the property management everyday, but the a/c was not fixed. They did give us $200 back for our inconvenience, but honestly I would not rent this property in the summer unless they verified the a/c was fixed. You are unable to open windows because the bar across the street plays loud music until 2am, and there are only windows on one wall providing no cross ventilation. If we would have been there in the winter time, I would give this place an A+, just make sure they have fixed the central a/c before renting during summer months.

Great place and convenient to downtown
We had a great experience with the rental for our week in Durango. The location is near the north end of downtown Durango, but it is only a10 minute or less walk to the other end of the town, i cluding the train station. Having the dedicated parking spot was great, and it was nice to leave the car parked most evenings and just walk to dinner.

Downtown Durango Stay
Condo was in a perfect location for dining/shopping/biking the Animas River Trail in downtown Durango. Decorated nicely and impeccably clean. Dedicated parking spot was a big plus! Great/timely communication. Easy check-in /out. Highly recommend.

Nice condo but needs some tiny maintenance
Wiring was concerning, light flickering. Only some Outlets worked. On 3rd floor. Elevator broke on day 2 of 7 Thought W&D were in condo but was coin operated. Still nice. Wished there was TV I’m bedroom. Had family emergency for brother in law cancer surgery and had to leave unexpectedly. Would have appreciated a 50% refund of remainder regardless of policy, considering the emergency was a shock and not in my controlling I

Hi Margo! Thank you for your review! We apologize that there were a few things that weren't quite up to par during your stay with us. However, since you've departed we have had an electrician fix the lights and made sure all the outlets work. The elevator was fixed right away by the building management and is currently working fine. We've updated the listing to reflect the laundry room is a shared laundry facility with coin-operated machines. We do hope that you'll consider us again in the future, as we would love to have you back!

Nice location, clean. They had all the equipment you might want in the condo. However, no instructions were given for after hours entrance to the lobby. We had to call after hours line while freezing in the entrance.
