Dit 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers 2.000 vierkante voet, gelijkvloers luxe appartement (Unit 2E) is alles over de uitzonderlijke locatie, want het is gelegen in het hart van het toeristische district van Durango. Loop naar alle restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden in de binnenstad. Er zijn zes restaurants alleen op het bouwblok.

Het appartement ligt ook op een steenworp afstand van het Durango en Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot en het stadscentrum van Durango. De levensstijl in dit appartement is als verblijven in een luxe resort met aangrenzende eetgelegenheden en entertainment van de hoogste kwaliteit.

Het gebouw heeft elektronische beveiliging en lifttoegang tot alle niveaus met beveiligde, volledig afgesloten ondergrondse parkeergarage voor twee voertuigen.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: Een betaling van $ 300 is vereist op het moment van boeking. Als uw aankomstdatum binnen 45 dagen na boeking is, is de volledige betaling vereist op het moment van boeking. Annuleringen of wijzigingen die resulteren in een verkort verblijf, die worden gedaan binnen vijfenveertig (45) dagen na de aankomstdatum, verbeuren het volledige reserveringsbedrag terwijl annuleringen meer dan vijfenveertig (45) dagen voorafgaand aan uw aankomst slechts vervallen de betaling van $ 300 die is gedaan op het moment van boeking. Voor reserveringen van ten minste dertig (30) nachten wordt het bovenstaande annuleringsbeleid verhoogd tot zestig (60) dagen vóór de aankomstdatum. We bieden wel een reisverzekering aan.

Blijf bij ons en we bieden KORTINGEN op zowel zomer (rafting trips, visreizen, paardrijden etc.) en winter (ski / snowboard verhuur, sleeën, sneeuwscooter tours etc.) activiteiten.

Fantastic Condo in a Prime Location

Snag this one! You won’t be disappointed. One of the largest, well appointed condos I’ve stayed at. 1/2 block from Silverton-Durango train station and delicious food options within easy walking distance. Elevator available which was great. Stocked with ample starter amenities, towels and nice selection of kitchen equipment for any type meal if you want to cook. I appreciated that we actually got our moneys worth on the cleaning fee.. the only request made, was to remove all food and trash from the unit. The only negative for us was parking. With our rooftop cargo carrier, we were unable to access the private parking garage. It is only 7’6” clearance and we weren’t notified until they sent arrival instructions or we would have used our bumper carrier, so had to pay for parking. They were very quick to respond to our questions and find a solution. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing downtown location

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and we loved the location. It was easy to get to the grocery store and to the little restaurants and shops downtown. I had a question while we were there and the property manager was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect home base in Durango

The property was perfectly situated, walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of downtown Durango but only a quick drive from the airport and some amazing hikes. The property manager checked on us numerous times and accommodations were just right for our family. We will be back!

Great place. Tons of room. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxury downtown condo. We were surprised by the size of the place with way more room than we needed or expected. When we booked we had no clue there would be an Independence Day parade less than a block away nor the fireworks show just across the highway. Perfect location to walk anywhere in downtown yet super close to get on the highway for any venturing out further. The only issue we had was parking. The height of the garage was only 7'6" and this info was only visible in the app on the day of check-in, so much too late to swap vehicles. That said, as long as I was diligent and ready to move my truck a few times per day it didn't end up costing us any extra, just not as convenient as using the garage would have been. Anyone with a normal-sized vehicle, you're all set. Since we visit Durango pretty regularly whenever the kids are home and want to tag along, we'll surely look to see if this condo is available.

Great property, excellent location

We were extremely happy with this rental. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked with essentials, and it was quiet for being so close to the downtown area (the train whistle was not an issue at all). We loved being walking distance to everything (especially the bagel place). We had a couple teenagers with us and it was the perfect location and set-up for our trip needs. Would stay here again!

Nice but some issues

The property itself is very nice and spacious. The listing said the property had air conditioning and while that is true, it never cools the property. And the check-in process was horrible with almost an hour being spent to try to get into the unit.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. This condo is in need of some maintenance which has been addressed with the management company. Once that is done, this will be a great place to stay.

The location is perfect for visiting Durango. Just a short walk to historic downtown and the train. Directions for entry were easy to follow as well as check out. The five of us were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the mattress in the main bedroom. It’s swayback and you roll to the middle. It does need some attention. All in all a great place.

We had 6 girlfriends spend 4 nights!! The condo was very accommodating, very clean, and very well stocked. The location was perfect for walking out the door and being downtown, and centrally located for driving to local attractions as well. The travelin' gal pals!!!

We love Durango

The condo was comfortable for our group of 8. The only issue we had was thinking 4 could comfortably sleep in one small bedroom… someone moved to the living room and then all had a good night’s sleep. We were very happy to have a place for our van in the garage and once we got used to using the codes, it was very easy for us to enter and leave easily, especially when we were heading out and back at different times. The location was a priority for us, and this was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet. We loved out time in Durango and staying right in town was a real plus for us all. Thank you!
