'Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests. Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. This would make your guests feel a bit more...

'We had a fantastic stay. Loved the walkability to the college and downtown, access to the hiking trails, and the hot tub was a treat after all our walking/hiking. Communication, parking, and check-in were all easy, unit was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors vacuuming & moving (what we guessed were) chairs/stools around. We used a white noise app for sleeping and that was a perfect fix. Highly recommend this property! '

'Location, location, location!! Condo being a 5min walk to our daughters on campus apt was great. Back way down towards Purgatory was SO excellent and easy to avoid town. Views and hot tub- awesome! AND, according to my wife (I’m bald), great shampoo. Loved it so much she ordered from Amazon on the way home:)Thank you '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Nature’s Nook! We were staying in Durango and skiing in Purgatory for the week. It was an easy drive to Purgatory, and we enjoyed coming back to Main St. in Durango in the evenings! We also cooked a few meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a king bed in the bedroom and a full bed in the loft - that was perfect for our family!'
