Onze 1.700 vierkante voet, 3 slaapkamers, 2. 5 bad Crimson Cliff townhome (Unit 55) is gelegen nabij de rivier Animas op slechts 4 mijl ten noorden van het centrum van Durango en 25 mijl van Durango Mountain Resort (25 minuten). Dit huis biedt een ideale locatie met een onvergelijkbaar uitzicht op de Animas River Valley, en directe toegang tot het resort, zonder te hoeven rijden door de stad naar paden, nationale bossen en het skigebied te komen.

De Durango Trolley stopt pal voor het huis elke 20 minuten waardoor het handig om het centrum te krijgen zonder te hoeven rijden of park.

De belangrijkste leefruimte is voorzien van een gashaard en een 50-inch 4K flatscreen-tv en Blue Ray dvd-speler. Er is een gas barbecue op het dek van de belangrijkste leefruimte.

De Crimson Cliff complex beschikt over een eigen park met een beachvolleybalveld, speeltoestellen, negen holes mini-golf, kleine vijver, vuurplaats en een onverharde wandelroute rond het grote grasveld.

Peaceful celebration/vacation

My family has roots in Durango. I grew up in the area as well as my children in their younger years, so the opportunity to return to see my son graduate from FLC was a heartfelt and sentimental experience. I purposefully looked for a place to stay that would fit all six of us comfortably as well as be close to town, and this property fit the bill perfectly! It was a quiet, peaceful area, close enough to make quick runs to the grocery store or go out to restaurants in the area, and of course a hop, skip, and a jump to the college. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. I highly recommend this property if you don't want to be too far from town, yet still be able to experience a quiet escape.

Durango getaway

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Durango Family Vacation

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

Very nice!

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

Amazing stay in Durango

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Good family facility

This was a great property on the north side of Durango. The kitchen was equipped, the furnishings were great, and it was very convenient to everything in the valley. Good property for family vacations. It does have quite a bit of stairs so may be challenging if you don't handle stairs well.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Well stocked. Beds were great! I do wish the listing reminded visitors that there is no a/c so box fans are almost a must. If you aren't from the area it can be a bit stressful to arrive in the summer and figure out how to cool the upstairs. The smoke detector went off at 9 pm and we were able to immediately get in touch with a property manager who was very helpful. I loved the balconies and the outdoor grill. I would however like the listing to disclose that there is a balcony in the bunk room. Had we had smaller kids, this would have been stressful. Overall, amazing experience.
