'While the location in Dover is excellent, the property was disappointing. The property appeared unattended and our apartment wasn't well cleaned. The picture on the VRBO website made me believe the unit was of a much higher quality. While Dover was amazing, the accommodation was the low point of our UK holiday.'

'We enjoyed this charming little cottage in the center of historical Rye. It was clean, good wifi (important for the kids) and the host reacted fast on my questions. My only remarks, with 4 people an extra comfortable chair would be welcome and we prefer a larger double bed. The short term parking in front of the cottage is convenient to drop off your luggage, there are many longer term car parks only a couple of minutes away. 'This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. '

'Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees.
