'Nice hotel '

'Une alarme intempestive à 5h45 du matin (25 nov), puis ceci: lors du Check in j’avais précisé que je voulais payer en cash, lors de notre départ ils avaient déjà débité ma carte, ,,,,'

'Very nice and almost new hotel. Staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile. Room was spacious and clean with good beds. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. We had a great stay here!'

'Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel. Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen.'

'Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.'

'This resort was perfect. The pools were abundant and at the perfect temperature. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food and drink delivered to the pool area were tasty. I would highly recommend.'

'The front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, even late at night. When we got into the room it was very clean and the air was on for us. I would definitely stay again!'

'Clean, comfortable, and great area to stay. Lots of food around to choose from and a gas station in the same parking lot. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! Also, laundry on site was a bonus I didnt expect to need that worked out very well. Highly recommend! '

'Bonnie checked us in and was very efficient. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby. Cathy in the breakfast was great at making sure everything was ready to eat. She gave the best hugs! We enjoyed our stay. '

'Nice hotel'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. '
