'So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled'

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'Very nice and almost new hotel. Staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile. Room was spacious and clean with good beds. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. We had a great stay here!'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'I was so impressed with the staff, amenities, and hotel room. Everything was very clean and organized. Breakfast was warm and there was enough for everyone. I left my blanket when we were checking out and I received a reminder from the front desk, which is super thoughtful. I consider myself to be a medium budget traveler - so I look for property safety, cleanliness of rooms, and kitchenette availability - because when I travel, I prefer to purchase items I can keep in the room. This location...
