'I was not told there was a pool. Staff just checked me in and did not say anything else to me. Inside was good. No bugs. The bathroom ceiling has peeling paint and the floor by the sink was filthy. At checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. Oh and the walls are very thin, that is all I will say, you get the idea...'

'I stay for the convienence to friends and have stayed at this Red Roof several times. Pet friendly. Place is clean and well lit. Only downside is that they need to keep up with maintence. I found the toilet seat very worn and missing mount pad. AC units do not seem to remove humidity from the room and settings would not accept what was put in. '

Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. 'In my room there wasn't a bathtub, but a walk in shower. This was great for us as we are older adults with some disabilities. What I didn't like, was the toilet was low on the floor.'

'The hotel is pretty new, shower pressure is strong, rooms are clean, staff was kind and patient. I really appreciate a hydration station, as many hotels always have ice, but impossible to find water for some reason in the middle of the night. Overall, pretty impressed by it. Parking is nearby and not too out of the way. The shops nearby are good for immediate needs for food and such. '

The television in our room was non-functional, and despite checking in with staff, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the carpet upon our arrival. We also extended our stay and requested housekeeping services multiple times; however, our room was never cleaned.
