'This is a quite hotel about 30K from down town Vancouver close to shops and restaurants'

'Checked in late on a Friday evening, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon getting to my room, the door would not unlock. This meant after a long day and late night I had to go back to the front desk, and was exchanged for another room. Room was clean, no issues. The BCHL hockey team staying at the property was an issue. Based off the bus parked outside the Cowichan Capital players were running up and down the hall extremely loudly up and until 2am. I did not call to complain, maybe...

'Rhoda the manager on site was very helpful; good service. She send out a text reminder us that the place was close to a track and we can feel the vibration; and close to the road with traffic. It was a nice gestor of her. The noise or the vibration didn't bother us. We used the pool and the hot tub very clean. Breakfast was good.'
