'This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! I recommend the Ghost walk; it was very fun and so close by. The building on the outside looks like a store but thats only a portion of the building. 'The location was perfect. I got a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late placing the parking pass in the window. We arrived early and paid to park but the parking lot guard had no mercy. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. But the place clean with a great view. Elevators were fast.'

'The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!'
