'My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. 'We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....

'This place was amazing. It really was. If you are here during the weekend just know it will be louder than usual because of how lively downtown wilmington is. Close to everything! 'The Farmhouse is a well kept,large and homey property. We enjoyed the cobblestone street and strolling through the historic neighborhood. They took care in the decorating and we felt at home. Thank you'
