The deck comes furnished for outdoor living with plenty of seating and a gas grill for backyard cookouts. Set up a game of cornhole on the spacious lawn and gather around the firepit in the evening for s'mores and starlight conversation.

Inside, unwind in the one of the upstairs living areas or head downstairs for some family fun with Ping-Pong, books, games, and TV in the game room. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking and seating options include an eat-in table set for four and a separate dining table set for eight. A dual-sided fireplace offers cozy comfort for both living and dining areas. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Dock details: Dock is roughly 40 ft long. The pontoon is not available for guest use.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
