'This was a surprise stop for us, and we were super grateful for it. The hotel had comfortable beds, great food, excellent staffing, and just a really amazing bar (please try the French 75!). Our room was a cold, and they brought us extra blankets and a space heater immediately. Very responsive and attentive to guest needs. Perhaps our only quibble, and I say this to help the staff who must want to tear out their hair during each shift, is with the music: there is a kind of easy listening...

'This place was a hidden Gem amazing. The Venue was what I considered a Castle on the outside, and on the inside is a little more on the modern side with some touches of the old. Very nice and quiet. It was enjoyable.'

'Came here for a wedding. Lovely statley home venue in the middle of a massive sports training campus. Every single member of staff I met was fantastic - they were so happy and really make this place. The grounds are well kept and gym was well equipped. Amazing breakfast too, in amoung all the sports teams training here.'

'Excellent Inn B&B - super friendly polite staf. good pub food excellent meal deal £16 for a main course and a pint pp. Double whiskey £5. Good size room. Ensuite with a bath (took a while to fill but was fine). here is a bit of boise from th pub area below but nothing too bad Breakfast was very good. Noticed locals, customers and passers by coming in to have a breakfast which is a good sign. Much Wenlock is a lovely place - plenty to see and walk around. Overall a very pleasant one night...

'Lovely place, easy to find and parking was easy with just a short walk - the room was lovely, as were the staff and breakfast! Unfortunately I had a bit of a rough night as although I was placed into room 8 which was advised as one of the quieter rooms (I couldn’t hear the road or trains or anything in this room) a neighbour/other guest upstairs was making lots of noise into the night which I appreciate the hosts cannot necessarily help'
