Two room condo with ocean view! First floor with a Handicap Bathroom!

This is a Summer rental. After shopping in Boothbay Harbor, which is only 4 miles away, return to your tranquill condo to relax and grill outside. This condominium has a large screen porch with a view of the bay. It has two rooms! The first room has a full kitchen, including a lobster pot! It is newly painted and decorated. One futon is in this area. The first bath has a handicapped sink, toilet, and shower with shower chair! The bedroom has a King log bed, with sitting area with the second futon. The second bath if off the bedroom area. This bath has a vanity sink and mirror area. Shower and toilet is in the attached area. The futons in both rooms are comfortable queens. We enhanced our condo this year by adding artwork painted by a local Boothbay artist.
Althought the hurricane took out part of our dock, we still have a picnic table by the water for eating or taking pictures. We also have a small sandy beach to explore and swim. Enjoy your vacation in this no smoking property! Hike in the Boothbay Land Trust Trails, one is only 1 mile down the road. And don’t forget to try the many ice cream shops along the way. Also, read the recommendations, in the blue book in the condo, by other travelers that wrote their favorite recommendations. We’re known for our breathtaking sunsets over the bay! Take your camera, sit in the lawn chairs, and take a picture of a sunset that you can hang in your home as a beautiful memory! Have a Super time!!
