'We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful, quiet, beautiful views. We also really enjoyed Hopeville Pond State Park which was only a 5 min drive. '

'This is a cute, compact 1BR, 1 Bath cottage with great lake access with just a short walk. Good communication from the owner, easy access to Storrs and neighboring towns, and very clean. Loft area has limited space, but the main bedroom is quite comfortable. The only challenges were unrelated to the property (loud neighbors, disputes both nights) and sulfer smell in the water (easily fixed with a Brita pitcher)'

Our young children loved finding all of the “silly” frogs featured throughout the home, and we loved the historic maps of the area. 'This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was the rv clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need the property is breathtaking. Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. 'Really excellent and for a great price. Stayed at night during a weekend horse show at a remote but large venue. MUCH better deal and closer than any hotels. Very cute, great to be in AC and have kitchen, bathroom, linens. Driving in the area at night is a little tricky, but thats a NE corner thing not a property problem! Wifi was terrific.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is truly an estate. Unfortunately we had rain so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful property. The house has many cool and unique decorations. There is plenty of room to sleep a large crowd. We had a celebration at the house (approved by the owners) which was great. 'Amazing property with a great yard, beach, swimming area & deck for entertaining! They provided a grill with propane for grilling dinner. House was roomy and comfortable for our 10 person group. The host was very responsive as well and house was clean. Upstairs bedrooms are very bright, I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep! ACs in each room thankfully for hot nights.
