'The hotel itself is amazing. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics were excellent, making for a beautiful and comfortable stay.
The only downside was the front desk staff. They were not very accommodating and seemed to lack communication. The room service system also needs some improvement. I made a simple request for milk for our morning coffee, but unfortunately, it never arrived.

'Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :)

'Our fishing vacation was booked for a few weeks. The day before our first night found out a large storm with lightning, wind and rain was moving in and shutting down fishing for the week. We were able to cancel our fishing but had to at in full for the unused hotel room. I am a longtime customer of Van Wormer but I may rethink that now'
'This is a 50year old place. Perfect if you want to disconnect from everything.The room has no fridge, no TV, no hairdryer. Limited toiletries but the beach is one of the most beautiful in the area.'
