Luxe rust op een privéstrand in een beschermde mariene omgeving

Crescent Beach heeft tot 2017/18 Certificates of Excellence ontvangen. Sky is een thuis weg van huis - een appartement van 2100 m² op de bovenste verdieping gebouwd in 2015 met 3 slaapkamers / badkamers, open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Perfect voor gezinnen die houden van rustig, afgelegen wonen, maar met veel voorzieningen binnen 30 minuten rijden. Een tweede appartement, Sand, bevindt zich op de begane grond en biedt vergelijkbare voorzieningen. Het interieur is modern, smaakvol ingericht en goed uitgerust voor koken en entertainment. Keukenapparatuur bestaat uit gasfornuis, magnetron, dubbele deur koelkast / vriezer, vaatwasser, combi wasmachine / droger. Alle verlichting in zowel Sand als Sky is LED en zeer efficiënte centrale luchtunits kunnen eenvoudig worden bediend met een eenvoudige thermostaat. Deuren zijn uitgerust met "open" detectoren die de airconditioning uitschakelen als een patiodeur wordt opengelaten. Ons doel is geweest om te proberen energie te besparen en deze efficiënt te gebruiken voor het comfort van onze gasten. Ouderslaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, tweede en derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen worden omgezet naar koning. babybedjes zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.

Er is een zwembad, binnenplaats met barbecue en eetgelegenheid. De speelkamer is uitgerust met een pooltafel; tafeltennis en dartbord.

De home cinema is comfortabel uitgerust met zitzakken en stoelen. Er is een grote selectie dvd's.

Het strand, gelegen in een beschermde zone, is een nestplaats voor schildpadden en komt uit op een baai van 200 x 100 meter met levend koraal en een laaggelegen rif.

Een verscheidenheid aan lokale toprestaurants ligt op 10 minuten rijden en een van de beste duikactiviteiten van Cayman ligt op slechts 8 minuten afstand.

Sky is zeer hoog met de patio aan de voorzijde en het balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan wordt 15 voet hoog. Balusters van gehard veiligheidsglas vormen de leuningen voor een prachtig uitzicht, zelfs vanuit het appartement.

Voor grotere gezinnen of voor speciale evenementen zoals bruiloften of familiebijeenkomsten bieden Sand en Sky samen in totaal zes slaapkamers voor een maximaal gezelschap van 12 personen. En met iets minder dan een hectare zandgronden en tropische tuinen, is het een perfecte locatie voor de bruiloft zelf.

Great place!

The property is exactly as described. The owner, Paul, is amazing! He is very accommodating and friendly and helpful. The snorkeling off the beach was great. If you don’t want to stay where all the other tourists are, want a more remote location, this place is perfect! Even though it is “remote,” it is still an easy drive to every other place on the island you’d like to visit. Huge, spacious, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you couldn’t beat the views from wherever you were, whether inside or outside! We would definitely stay there again!

WOW! So much to love!

We loved the view from the veranda, the weather, the waves, having the ocean and pool both right at our doorstep, the house with large open main room and comfortable furniture, the beds and amazing views there too, the location and convenience to restaurants and things to do. My wife enjoyed the collection of books available in the house too. (Fun fact -- one or more of the books were authored by the owners' daughter!) While we didn't end up using the downstairs theater, we could not believe the number of videos available. We were happy to have the games area available (in case of poor weather) and the seating there was perfect for gathering. But the weather was so nice every day that we ended up being too busy to spend much time there. We really enjoyed our Sting Ray City, snorkeling and bioluminescence kayaking tours and our drives exploring around the island. Couldn't ask for nicer, cheerier owners too.  Seemed a little ironic that they were living in the house right next door but we rarely saw them after their excellent orientation tour when we first arrived.  But as other guests said too, they were quick to respond to texts and were there in an instant if we needed anything and offered helpful tips for various things. Bottom line -- we hope to come back with our friends next year!

We just returned from an incredible vacation at Paul and Fay Anne's Crescent Beach Beach House! The private beach and snorkeling were breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and abundant marine life just 15 steps from the patio. Paul and Fay Anne's exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. They welcomed us warmly, answered questions, offered recommendations, and even accepted our grocery delivery. On Christmas Day, they invited us to join their lunch and gift exchange - a kind and generous gesture that made us feel like part of the family. We loved sharing in their holiday traditions and learning about the local culture. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped, with cozy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious living areas. We loved spending time on the private balcony, watching sunsets, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Reading in the hammock was my personal favorite! Absolute perfection! We highly recommend this 5-star island vacation to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality, stunning natural beauty, and unforgettable memories. We can't wait to return and experience it all again!

Amazing!

Our family stayed at Crescent Beach Sky for a week in August 2024. Our stay was simply amazing. House was immaculate and the location was stunning. We enjoyed snorkeling everyday right in the bay-so much to see. Pool, game room and movie room were such a plus. We will be back!

Nice house

The house was just as described. It was the perfect size for 6 of us and clean and very well kept. Paul was amazing and communication was great. There were many things to do right on the property, but the longest we drove was 45 minutes to ride horses. SMB was about 30 minutes at most. The beach is rocky, but we knew that before we booked. It’s fun for snorkeling, but not a beach for playing on. I recommend this property and these owners.

Absolutely Amazing!

This is an absolute gem in Grand Cayman! The owners, Paul, Faye Anne, and Bugsy, are wonderful! They are always pointing out things they see, including turtle nests and hatchings! The bay area is perfect for snorkeling. My husband was able to see a nurse shark, stingray, lobster, and an array of other sea life. They literally have thought of everything here! The pictures do not do this property justice. We will be back in the near future!

May 2024- Sky was amazing!

Amazing! Thank you Paul and Faye for sharing your beautiful place! Paul and Bugsy were there to welcome us on arrival, he so kindly showed us around the property! It is an amazing property! From the views, to the well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms/bathrooms with wonderful views, ping pong, darts, pool table, pool/spa, grills and the new addition of corn hole that Faye hand painted! They have everything you need, the house is so nicely decorated and so clean!!! The pictures are absolutely accurate! We loved chatting with Paul and Faye! Paul showed us turtle tracks on the beach, we snorkeled in the reef, so nice! We loved having coffee on the deck listening to the waves, the stars and the moon over the water were amazing too! We enjoyed the pool day and night and we made s’mores in the fire pit while enjoying the hammocks! We enjoyed morning walks to the blow holes as well! We will for sure be back as Paul and Faye are the most fantastic hosts ever! Thanks again!! Love to Bugsy too!

Our stay here was perfect! Paul and Fay Anne have really thought of everything that you need for a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and extremly well stocked. The views from the property were outstanding. We had chosen to stay on the less busy and crowded side of the island and very pleased we did. It was an easy drive to where we wanted to go for beaches, dinner etc. Communication with Paul and Fay Anne during the booking proccess and during our stay was excellent. Absolutely wonderful week at Crescent Beach! It was truly a dream vacation for my family and friends! Paul and Faye Anne go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, comfortable and they offer a personalized approach. They are wonderful with any questions or requests you may have, and immediately responsive. We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to spend time together; the snorkeling, pool, theatre room, and porches made for perfect day napping - all made our stay a place we will definitely return to again! The home is well-appointed and fully stocked with everything you need. Kitchen is well-equipped, and proximity to locations of interest are excellent. You have stores nearby, but you also have tranquility of nature that surrounds you to unwind and enjoy! Perfect get-a-way, we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic stay!

Absolutely loved the location and amenities. The home was so comfortable for my family of 5 (3 adult kids) and it was great to be able to swim, snorkel and hike along the beach literally out the back door. We loved hanging out on the gorgeous porch enjoying endless views of the ocean. Seven mile beach was a 45-60 min drive but we liked being away from all the commotion in a more relaxed area. Great restaurants were close by on the east end of the island. Paul and Fay Ann were lovely hosts- will definitely be back!

Great stay on the water!

Beautiful homes and setting right on the water in Half Moon Bay. Really well built home, and equipped with eveythibg you need to cook inside or at the outdoor kitchen! The snorkeling right in front of the home was great, day and night. We enjoyed our whole trip, and the home really made for a great location to make family memories. We would recommend both homes to anyone looking for a less touristy option for their stay. It’s about 30 mins to “town”, which we enjoyed to be away from the crowds more. There are a couple of small convenience stores within ten minutes of the home for small things you need, and a larger supermarket about 25 mins away. Keep in mind most grocery stores are closed on Sundays, that was a surprise to us. Would definitely return!

Quiet Paradise

Well equipped beach front rental perfect for families. Plenty of activities for all ages. Home is beautiful, pool, ping pong/pool and the theater are highlights. We participated in a baby turtle release with Paul (host) that was once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the busy area of Seven Mile Beach.

Beautiful, upscale, ocean view, with fabulous hosts Paul and Fay Anne. All the creature comforts one could desire. Once you get your groceries, put on your reef safe sunscreen, and head to the beach and house reef, you are set to relax and enjoy. Paul and Fay Anne shared their knowledge and love of the island and the experience of two releases of newly hatched turtles. Fabulous vacation for us and our adult children.

Property description is accurate, Paul and his wife are right next door and very helpful . Apartment has everything you could need, several groceries on way to the apartment.The location is beautiful, but the beach is very rocky. It is a perfect location to get away and feel like you’re on your own little island. I would only suggest adding a tower type fan to each bedroom as it is very warm.(there is one in the master bedroom)

Utopia

Amazing. Baby sea turtles hatched on the beach and were swimming in the pool when we woke up. Owner knew how to release them. The place was perfect. It was a dream vacation. Worth every penny.

Relaxing East End stay

The property was just as expected. Right on the beach, quiet and secluded. Snorkling in the bay was excellent except that it was a challenge to get into the water, quite rocky. But with water shoes, everything was smooth sailing once the water was waist high. The location was what we wanted - away from the crowds and private. When we did go to seven mile beach, the longest drive was 45 minutes ( as long as it wasn't rush hour). While we were there, a nest of turtles under the sand hatched and two of them got left behind. So we had the privilege to watch the release of those 2 turtle hatchlings, thanks to Paul. Anyway highly recommend to people who want to keep things private.

Slice of Paradise

Can’t stress enough how awesome this place is. It’s like you are a celebrity with your very own beach and bay - just for you and yours to enjoy. The restaurants around are so good - special shout out to Tukka (ask for Tido as your waiter) as well as Czech Inn. Ocean Frontiers Scuba was so close and they were a spot on professional organization. Can’t say enough about 1/2 Moon Bay - AWESOME!

Exceeded All Expectations

The owner, Paul, was an awesome host! He had everything we could possibly need or want, and was very helpful ahead time with great suggestions as we planned our trip to Grand Cayman. The house was even better than how the pictures and the website described it. Besides the quiet, beautiful setting, the house sits on one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Half Moon Bay teams with all kinds of ocean life. The house is also not far from some of the best “locals” places to eat at very reasonable prices. And for divers, Ocean Frontiers is only a 7 minute drive away. Looking forward to hopefully staying there again soon.

Wonderful Place, Amazing Views!

Paul and Fay Ann are wonderful hosts! They truly want your stay to be special. The apartment is big and the kitchen is clean and modern. We loved that each of us had a full bathroom. We would recommend this place to anyone! Great experience.
