Oh were we ever excited to check-in to this Cape Cod style charming house! . It made us feel like we were Definitely visiting "The Cap"!. The decor was so nice and the outside patio area so comfortable. The location turned out to be perfect. We were concerned at first since we did not know the area but once we were out & about we realized we were in a good spot and on a beautiful street.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this charming New England home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of character. It had all the comforts we needed, inviting spaces to relax in after exploring the area. The location was perfect—close to local shops, scenic spots, and great dining. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to returning.

A wonderful stay at this charming and well-located property on the Cape. We used this as a base for our family for a week as part of a longer multi-stop New England/Toronto vacation and found it to be welcoming and homely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it and return! We especially enjoyed being on Jenkins Pond which is lovely for walks and swimming.A few minor points preventing a perfect score: cleanliness very good but not quite perfect, a previous guests underwear was left in a drawer! Also the key lock check in caused some confusion with key locks on the main door and the side door - the side door is the one to be used and this could be made much clearer. Better lighting and AC would be a bonus too, especially in the summer high temps and the bedrooms.
