'I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay for a budget motel. The room was very clean and everything in good repair. Grounds nice and well kit secure parking. Nice little continental breakfast.
This will become my " go to" motel for any future Grand Forks stays.'

'The walls are paper thin and after a 13 hour road trip and exhaustion, we were looking forward to rest. There was a herd of elephants stopping around upstairs directly above us. The front desk finally did something about it after the second complaint. There was a lot of noise from the hallway because of some golf party or something. All in all, zero rest.
If you want a party atmosphere, great. If you want pretty, find another hotel. '

'The staff were very friendly
The breakfast tasted pretty poor.. the potatoes were not cooked properly… crunchy
The hot tub was disgusting.. low on water and the lights around the pool were flickering like we were at a dance party. Hot tub looked like it was bleeding glue everywhere. No towels in the pool area. '
