'I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.'

'It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay'

'This is the prettiest little place, so full of charm and welcome. The hosts, Debbie and Paul, we're so kind to us. As it was our birthday, we were greeted with apple pie and San Pellegrino and birthday wishes had a card. It was so thoughtful. The communication was extremely good and the accommodation was delightful, so full of love and care and special little touches in the decor. 'The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between.
