'Everything was perfect! From the coffee bring ready and brewed to my liking, to the clean and comfortable beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff and so many other things! 'Very poor experience at this hotel. Location is NOT well signed. Took several times of driving by to find it. We were given a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator. When we asked to change, the staff was pretty snide, saying "you should have known that and requested a 1st floor room to begin with." If this information is NOT noted in the hotel description and you have never stayed at this brand before, how would you know. No offer to help us upstairs with the bags. '

'Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. 'This place is a the best place i have stayed in a long time! The security for this building is amazing. I like the fact you use your key for the pool, laundry room. The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. The sfaff was all very nice, helpful and was happy to answer any questions. They do offer valet, for a fee but we parked in the garage across the street for only 4$ for the night. Definitely will be booking...
