'Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out.
The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

'The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults.
The dining room view was very beautiful.
The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house.
The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be.
Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook
The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable.
The modern decor throughout the house is very nice....

'We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.'

'We booked the room late (the day before) and on arrival, the beds were unmade, cleaning products still in the kitchen, windows uncleaned and full of bird poo. It was clear that we were not expected and to make it worse, we couldn’t reach the host to obtain the combination to the key fob lock box and the person we did contact, whilst extremely helpful, was the previous and not the current owner so it would appear that contact details are not updated.'
