'The instructions for checking in and the WiFi instructions were incorrect and not updated. The host helped us get in but never responded regarding the WiFi.
Both remotes for the TVs were not working. Batteries missing in one and broken plastic on the other. No a/c in the rooms, only fans. The place didn’t cool down. Overall bad experience considering the price'

'The location is perfect as it’s close to shops and walkable area. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and cute space. Only issue I had was my dog escaped through part of the fence that was not low enough to the ground. Luckily, it isn’t a super busy street so it was okay. Aside from that, it was a perfect space for our little retreat. Will definitely be back again.'

'I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them'

'Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.'

'The room was maintained to a satisfactory standard, and communication with staff via text messaging was prompt. However, the coffee station did not meet expectations due to the following issues:
- The Keurig machine was non-functional.
- The provided creamer appeared to be spoiled, exhibiting clumping and a yellowish discoloration.
While I can provide video documentation of these issues, I have opted not to pursue further action as alternative coffee sources are readily available.'
